Roxanne is incredibly knowledgeable on all aspects of body shaping, CoolSculpting, Vanquish and Ultratone. She has been treating me with Ultratone and Vanquish for the past couple of months and I can really see the difference in my shape. Roxanne can do a quick assessment; definitely take her advice on which procedures are good for your body. She has tried them all! The new facility is relaxing and the whole office is efficient.

I recently visited Dr. Welsh’s office again, and was very impressed with their expansion and upgrades. I have worked exclusively with Robin Krumel and Roxanne Krempa, and both ladies are truly wonderful – friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, responsive to emails, and very accommodating to my many questions and hectic schedule. I tend to ask a lot of questions so that I know I’m getting the best treatment for my needs, and both Roxanne and Robin always have detailed answers about what treatments would be most helpful for my goals. They also have personal experiences with many of the treatments they offer, and give honest personal input as to what has worked well for them; I really appreciate this candid insight. As mentioned in my previous review, Dr. Welsh runs a very efficient yet attentive practice here – appointments have never been late for me, and when I arrive early Roxanne and Robin are often able to see me ahead of my appointment time. Offices are always clean and the staff here are always very friendly.
