Banner Uniform Center

I was disappointed that they did not have not even half of the stuff they had said online. The prices for what they had were fair though. Some of the staff was friendly but there was a worker who said the F word at least 4 times as I was paying and talking badly about customers who he was on the phone with. Overall I got what I needed but left dissatisfied.

My partner and I had a great experience at Banner. The shop didn’t have exactly what we were looking for so the manager, Jessiey (who’s awesome!) helped up pull some things together for costumes.

These guys are great! My company had an event (dodge ball) coming up and needed uniforms ASAP for it. Granted, it’s nothing as illustrious as public service but they were more than accommodating to our strange order. 20 black tactical coveralls, fitted for XS women to XL men in one week.
They had what we needed in stock and even were able to do all our embroidery and customization work. They fit each uniform we bought and altered where they didn’t fit. Jean (the manager) showed me how to measure so I could size my coworkers that couldn’t make it down to be fitted.
For the uniforms, they digitized our company logo and embroidered it on the sleeved, put our names on and stitched on custom patches i brought along. On top of that, I brought in additional fabric and they cut it down and sewed it onto the uniforms were we wanted for that added zing.
All in all, these guys went above and beyond. They even came and dropped off the uniforms at our office in the FIDI and picked one up for additional custom alteration work for the boss man.
We looked around for a week and Jean and the Banner crew came in well well below what others quoted us while being able to fit the order into a weeks time. Other companies told us we were looking at 6 weeks. pfft!

I walked in and as the door ding’d someone came out and asked me if I needed help. I said I was just looking around and after pausing at the counter for a moment they went back to the back leaving me alone to browse the aisles.
I was hoping for more accessories (shoes, hats, belts) than I found and I found their scrub selection a little boring. It’s definitely a run of the mill uniform store, any playful exuberance you might try to swing with your job with your clothes? You won’t find it here. They’re also only open during work hours, so it’s a little hard to get here if you have a regular 9 – 5 job.
They did have a couple sets of pepper spray, one of which was pink. After strongly considering buying it I passed knowing I’d somehow either shoot myself or someone I only slightly hate in the face with.
And I gotta tell you, slightly just don’t cut it in this world.

Pathetic. A post-​it note on the door «Closed Early… Sorry for the inconvenience». YOU should be sorry. You just lost a customer.

I really don’t like this place. I find that the staff is not that helpful and they do not have a very good selection of medical uniforms and the medical uniforms that they do have they don’t have very many sizes. I would suggest going to this store if you wear a size 0 or if you are a size 5x and if you like ugly prints.

I haven’t been here since the former uniform place was here, but all I wanted was a gortex cap and the manufacture’s website listed this place as a retailer… I called to save a trip (good thing I did) and was informed that item was a special order and I would need a minimum of 12 units. All I need was one, so I was out of luck in finding any place that sells a black gortex baseball cap. Good thing there’s the internet… I’ll still have to pay for shipping & handling but what choice do I have???

Commercial uniform services are like contractors; incompetence is the norm and anything above is considered a blessing. This is exactly my experience with Banner Uniform. They are perpetually losing my order or screwing it up somehow, but they are better than every other uniform service I have come across, including Mission Linen and Prudential Overall Supply. With enough pestering and patience you will get what you want.
