I can’t say enough about this daycare. I don’t write a ton of reviews, but this place has been so wonderful to my child and my family. I’ve been so grateful for how much love and care they have shown my child. I really love Bin’s play-based philosophy at the daycare and how she tries to introduce fun things to also get them to learn — for example, sometimes she lets them play with the flour she uses to make noodles and dough to make bread(yes! she loves baking and sometimes makes noodles and bakes them bread from scratch!), and then they learn about textures, like stickiness, and how things change with temperature. When they were baking bread, for example, she let the kids pick off their own sizes for the bread and them let the families take home the results to eat at home(very cute to have tiny little lumps of bread that we ended up dipping in Nutella). They are so loving to the kids. Bin even threw a birthday party for my son on his birthday — she made cupcakes with fruit(strawberries, watermelon and made him a little birthday crown, and they celebrated with the other kids around a table and she took a bunch of pictures for me. I’ve seen her do this for the other kids as well. They are Mandarin-immersion, which is absolutely wonderful — the majority of the kids there at this time do not speak Mandarin at home, but they’ve learned so much and it seems like they understand everything the teachers tell them or ask them. In terms of space, based on my own visits to other daycares, I found this place to be extremely clean, thoughtfully laid out, with two large play rooms and an eating area as well as a really wonderful outdoor space with play structures, where the kids can get sunshine. If the situation allows, Bin and the teachers also take the kids to a nearby playground to have a change in scenery and also see what is going on outside of the daycare. I am particularly happy about this aspect since it’s hard sometimes raising kids in an urban environment to get outside — but the location of Babytree is such that there are several great places nearby, and so it’s good they can take advantage of that. Bin is overall an incredibly thoughtful, and kind person, and so are the other teachers. I really trust them with my child, and I am so grateful for having found her!

Baby Tree Daycare is simply the best. The teacher to student ratio is ridiculously low at 1:2. This ensures your LO gets enough attention. 3 nutritional meals plus snacks are included. Organic Omega-3 whole milk is also included. They provide homemade food that’s freshly cooked daily. They use organic indigence whenever possible. No worries if your LO is allergic to certain food, they’ll prepare customized food for him or her. All teachers take really good care of babies and smaller kids, they are caring, loving and friendly. The supervisor ensures that all care givers keep up-to-date on immunizations. Awesome outdoor activities. Outdoor time is an everyday thing if weather allows. In their huge backyard, various play houses allow kids to play and learn. Additionally they take trips to nearby playgrounds and/or libraries several times a week. Safety is not a concern to us because of their low teacher to student ratio. Your LO will learn Mandarin in the class! My LO can speak basic conversational Chinese now. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Baby Tree Daycare. Highly recommend!
