Locked out of my car and gave these guys a chance since they were the closest. Called these guys and they said they’d be over in 15 – 20 minutes. I called them nearly an hour later and again they said, «well be there in 15 – 20 minutes»
YOU JUST SAID THE SAME THING AN HOUR AGO.
An hour and a half of my day wasted for 10% discount? Not worth it. Although the guy who unlocked my car was really nice, this service is terrible.
Do not ever ever call them for help.
