We called Elliott based on a referral from one of our neighbors he did work for. We made an appointment with Elliott, and he pulled a no show. No call, no nothing. We called him again to make a second appointment, and this time he said he would call us back to schedule the second appointment. Again, he did not call. We never heard from him again. It’s hard to recover from two bad first impressions…

I had Elliot come to my house for help with my cedar tub. He is a very amicable man and right away, he gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing. His work was done quickly at a fair price; his response time and promptness were excellent. Everything went together and worked perfectly as promised. I highly recommend Artisans Landscape for your next project.

Elliot’s firm did a great job pruning our trees. It was much more expensive than the last time we worked together. He didn’t tell me it would be more than double the price, but I didn’t ask for a bid ahead of time. Elliott does great work, and next time I’ll be sure to get a quote beforehand.

Artisans Landscape did an outstanding job designing and installing just the prefect garden for my house. Elliot found a creative, drought tolerant plan for my yard that has grown into a stunning garden. He also did an amazing job with stone work and irrigation. Again, creative solutions!
Elliot takes his passion and knowledge of plants to a whole new level. He has an intuitive sense with plants and from the results I can see it is an art form for him. We wanted a new look for our backyard garden removing grass and replacing with a patio. We got but beautiful, thoughtfully laid out new plantings. Elliott worked with us to make the most of what we had, salvaging or moving or trimming the best, removing the rest. The entire process from initial conversation, to drawings, to the potentially messy removal (we have access to garden only through a lower level master bedroom suite!) was professional, courteous, careful, and done on time in a very reasonable amount of time. Elliott’s team is terrific and we couldn’t be happier with the job they have done. Elliott continues to provide follow up now that the job is done and we definitely plan to engage their services for garden maintenance and any future projects. Highly recommended!!!

We started with a 50×12 ft cold, scary, concrete slab yard and now have an inviting warm city garden. I can’t believe it’s the same space. And the change is due entirely to Elliot’s design and plant selection. Elliot finished the project on time and on budget. I definitely recommend him — especially if the space needs a thoughtful design to deal with challenges (like mine — a long narrow space next to a tall building).

Among the least expensive of the estimates we got but at $ 12k we expected much more. It’s been several years since the install and all the plants are totally out of proportion. Huge, huge plants in the front of a pretty small garden and little plants in the rear. I suspect that we ended up with a lot of plants that Elliot happened to have sitting around in his warehouse. We are planning to hire another landscaper to come in and fix things up.
