Laura is a gem. One of the diamonds in my wedding ring came loose and was lost. She had it replaced (and in very short order). I could not be more thankful that we decided to have her custom design my rings. Not only does she do beautiful work with her jewelers, but she ensures customer satisfaction ongoing with cleanings and maintenance for your rings. I am so very happy we went with her.

Laura is experienced, knowledgeable, and has integrity. She’s not a hard sale person and is very personable with an eye for what is right for the customer.

Laura was recommended to us by a friend to do our wedding rings, which ended up being platinum, my wife’s with 2 mm eternity diamonds in a castle setting, and mine a 5 mm standard oval comfort ring. Neither of us had previously owned jewelry before, so we were a bit naïve about metals, stones and rings. Massively contradictory information available on the internet and from different jewelers lead to even less confidence in deciding what ring to get. We visited jewelers in New York, Milan and Antwerp and eventually knew exactly which design we were interested in. However, we found it difficult to trust most jewelers and were discouraged by the prices at places like Bulgary, Tiffany’s and Cartier.
Having done this research, we contacted Laura again and she understood immediately what we were looking for (which, surprisingly, was not very common from our experience with the other jewelers). She talked us through the process and assured us that she could do exactly what we were looking for in the short time frame we had remaining until the wedding. We didn’t even negotiate on price — she quoted us an extremely fair price at the outset — very upfront and honest.
Laura got things done ahead of schedule and exceeded our expectations of how nice the rings would look! We could not be happier with her work. We very highly recommended her as the best jeweler in the business, and we visited about a hundred in the cities of San Francisco, New York, Milan, Antwerp, Amsterdam, Oslo and Copenhagen.
