David Watson is the Best! He helped me completely transfer all my iTunes that I had incorrectly downloaded to a portable hard drive. He fixed everything very quickly, and was so patient, and nice to deal with. I’m so glad I met David and will continue to use him whenever I have a computer issue. I’d be happy to refer to him to friends, co-​workers and clients.

Spoke to the owner David on the phone for a while and he was very friendly as he was able to give me suggestions on what my next steps in what parts to buy for a late-​2008 MacBook Pro Unibody.

I brought in my wife’s broken Macbook Pro a few days ago and was very pleased with David’s help. While the laptop was unsalvageable with logic board and lower assembly water damage, David was able to provide options for spare parts and suggestions on how to proceed. He offered to transfer the data for free to a new laptop and all in all was very helpful. I highly recommend his services!

I have to write this review because my jaw dropped when David, instead of merely referring me to someone who could fix my intermittent MacBook Pro motherboard, diagnosed my woes as a software problem that he solved over the phone in less than ten minutes at no charge. I had tried a number of tricks to solve the problem on my own and did have a lot of diagnostic data to offer David. But he sure wowed me. A number of other techs, including Genius bar residents, missed this entirely. David’s solution was effortless, the first thing he suggested to try, a result so unexpectedly positive that I just can’t guarantee that you will have the same kind of result; it seemed like a non-​reproducible fluke of good luck If enough other people report such great success with David, then I am not just lucky, but David will have been proven to be an extraordinary genius. In the worst case, my experience lets me vouch for David as caring, helpful, smart, and very experienced. Thank you, David!

David Watson is a great techie. He got our wireless working flawlessly all over our home — lath and plaster and all. He set up the most wonderful home theatre complete with streaming video.
He even renamed the activities on the Logitech remote. He is pleasant and personable. He persisted in optimizing all the devices and systems and even introduced me to some aps for the iPad.
He really knows his stuff and it is a pleasure to work with him.
I have had some disappointing experiences with other tech support companies. I wish I had hired David months ago. He would have saved me a lot of wasted hours.

I called for service (to upgrade the member in my MacBook) last Thursday, and still have not received a call back.

I had a very positive experience with David at the end of a terrible day. It had been one of those days where I had been at the point of tears numerous times trying to solve a WiFi problem. After getting no joy from either my ISP or Apple, someone recommended that I call David. I’m so glad I did! He was willing to spend some time with me on the phone sorting out some problems in the Airport Utility settings. Even though he was on the run and not in front of a computer, he actually walked me through several panes of the utility’s dashboard to find an obscure setting that no one at my ISP or at Apple had been able to think of. I was very impressed with his deep knowledge of the subtle workings of network settings, and I was equally impressed with his generosity of spirit. Finding a good computer tech is like finding a good doctor. David possesses the perfect combination of master geekdom and an excellent «bedside manner»! I’ll call on him without hesitation the next time I’m in computer despair.
