Amber Massage Therapy

I’ve had a few massages from Amber now and she does a really good job. Not only do I find her massages very relaxing, but she has a special skill for dealing with neck and shoulder pain. I’ve gone to a lot of massage therapists for help with this (a result of stress + too much computer time) with varying results. I set up a last minute massage with Amber this week and asked her to focus on this area. Her massage felt great during the session, but more importantly my pain went away afterwards. I will definitely be going back regularly!

This was only my second time receiving a professional massage, so I was a little nervous but Amber put me totally at ease right away. She talked to me to get a sense of my past experience with massage and talked me through everything that she was going to do. She also asked if there was anything in particular I wanted her to focus on and asked me to let her know if anything felt uncomfortable. I told her that my legs are ticklish so she was sensitive to that, and she was also great about answering my questions about the techniques she was using.
The massage itself felt great. I could tell she paid a lot of attention to how my body was responding since I’m a newbie, so I felt very comfortable. I walked out totally ready for a luxurious nap.
The office is slightly hard to find, hopefully she’ll put a sign up, but basically you have to go through to the back of the Crystal Way store. The office itself has a great relaxing atmosphere, a nice soft shade of green with candles and typical spa music. And also her sheets are super soft. Will be back soon!
