My dog had an accident and I needed a last minute carpet cleaning service. I called a few places around SF and Boris was able to accommodate my short notice request and his prices were reasonable. But one of the main reason I give him and his company a five star review is his dedication to his work. When Boris arrived to my place and I just got home from work, I saw that PG&E was doing some work outside the house and we had no electricity. Boris was able to clean my carpet with a phone flashlight and some candles that I found around the house without rescheduling or being frustrated with the situation. After we got the light back on, the carpet looked like bran new. So thank you Boris for doing such an amazing job and keep it up!

Yesterday I scheduled a steam cleaning and Boras was nice enough to fit me in later that day. He did a fabulous job on my studio apartment. He was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. It took him under and hour and it looks like a new carpet (except one bleach stain that obviously isn’t removable.)
Parking in my neighborhood is terrible and Boras was patient and found a garage, left his tools outside for me to watch, parked and came back. He didn’t even charge for the extra time, just the parking garage fee. Would recommend to anyone, and already have to two people in the 20 hours since he finished!
Thanks so much for a great job. Boras, you truly breathed new life into my little apartment!

Boris did an incredible job on my carpet.
He took my appointment at the last minute, on a move-​out weekend when no one else was available. He was delayed by finishing up a previous job, but called me several times to check in and make sure his estimated arrival time would still work for me. Then once he arrived, he stayed late to clean my hallway and the empty room, as I told him my new roommate would be moving in the next day.
The carpets looked gorgeous when he was finished — he even got out a deep, dark patch of ground-​in dirt on a light beige carpet that had been heavily trod. He also got rid of stains all up and down the hallway from a sick cat who puked a lot.
When he was done, the carpet looked almost new. And his price was incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again.

Give Boris another chance.
He has an old truck (but new carpet cleaning equipment.) Sometimes the truck breaks down but he’d call & reschedule.
The truck is why he can charge such a REASONABLE PRICE. The important thing is he does a GREAT JOB.
Boris is a «gentleman» from Turkmenistan. Works hard, is clean & neat.

Unreliable, Unprofessional, and not courteous.
If you can get him to commit to a time and remember it, and actually show up, his work was good. Unfortunately, this is not the case. He called at 9:30 to reschedule a 10 am appt for two days later. Two days later he forgot and went on another job in the South Bay. I am standing here again with my dirty floor and all furniture having to be moved back and set up again. Not worth the stress and headache. I will be using someone else.
Updated after owner response: It was extremely frustrating for me to have been so disregarded. I am not sure you remember my office well, I have heavy equipment, and furniture. I wish you luck in your further business.
