The 2 stars are strictly based off customer service here. As far as the clothing options and sale options here that is great because they have a good selection here and the store is rather large. But the customer service here is lacking a lot. No one greets you when walk in, the cashiers take their sweet time to check you out causing a long wait, some are very rude and won’t even bother to help you out if you have a question. Management here needs a big pick me up because based on other reviews that is what really needs the most help. I would avoid this store and go shop at Gap kids or H&M for your kids instead of here unless you like poor customer service skills!

The employees were nice, 1 girl helped me find my jean size and was very nice. I also got some shirts and the cashiers were nice also, I love to go shopping at this store! Sometimes we had to wait for someone who worked there to finally come to the cash register which took a little while, and I had to find someone who worked there and had to ask them to ring me up which was a little lame.

*Walks in the store* Associate #1: Hi! Welcome to Abercrombie! Me: Hey. *Starts looking at jeans* Associate #2: Do you need help finding your size? Me: No thanks. *Found my size and continue shopping* *Associate #2 and #3 runs to the jeans I had touched and fixed it up* *Held up a sweater and fold it back nicely on the table and walks away* *Associate #2 and #3 runs to the sweaters and fixed it up* *Walks to the back of the store to check out the Clearance section* *Associate #2 and #3 then leaves me alone*

My experience at Abercrombie Kids was terrible. I had a coupon that I was told I would be able to get an adjustment on. Jeanette at the counter told me that I was not able to use it. She consulted with another«manager» and they told me it was not to be used on previously purchased items. I then asked for their names, Jeanette was very polite but the other one said«Im ok». I wasnt asking her if she wanted something to drink, I was irate and wanted her name. I have NEVER seen a «manager» not give their name. I contacted the customer care people and they were as ignorant as their employees. The apple doesnt fall far from the tree. We spend alot of money for not only quality clothes but quality customer service. Never going there again.

FRAUD!!! 2nd time we have been there. Received email stating 40% off in store sales. When checking out, it was«25%» per store manager. We wrote Abercrombie who again stated it was«40%» No, we paid 25%. HORRIBLE! DONOTSHOP.

Customer service is a hit or miss. There’s never anyone at the fitting rooms and you really have to walk around and find someone and ask them then wait. Clothes here are OK, a little bit better quality then Hollister but around the same price. They carry the same styles as the adult A+F only cheaper and smaller sizes, they carry faux leather goods while adult A+F carry real leather. I fit them all, tops in M/L. Jeans in 14⁄16. but the jeans here are super long even for kids sizes, It’s like u have to be 6ft tall and a kids size 14 to fit perfectly, so I get them tailored at the cleaners. P.S Blonde lady at the front desk sucks, she’ll see you in line and keep on touching up the folded pile of cloths on the desk and totally ignore you and pretend your not there until you say«Excuse me?! Can I pay?! and get a move-on with my life».

Alike other abercrombie kids stores, this one is practically dead. There is plenty of stock on the floor and several models are scattered around only on the girls side. There are 4 fitting rooms and it can be a hassle to find someone to open one. I don’t think this store has cologne spritzed everywhere and the music wasn’t loud. The store has clearance it’s nothing special or noteworthy. No test items at this store. Try Westfield Valley Fair for a more proactive a-kids store. I usually browse for a few minutes, if not seconds, and leave empty handed(unless there’s something that catches my eye). Sure some things are pricey but nevertheless it’s still an A&F brand. I always have to dodge fake plants just like any other A&F Co brand in boys 2 since the walkways are really narrow.

I actually fit the clothes here, I do. Well, the shorts at least. Customer service is only nice at the door. It gets worst as you walk in. You stand around forever and no one is there to help you to the fitting rooms.

Abercrombie Kids sell the same clothes as A&F. Except smaller. This store is suppose to be targeted for elementary/middle school kids 7 – 14. I used to like shopping here because I’m skinnier and shorter than my peers so it’s really hard for me to find clothes that fit me. A Large here usually fits me or XL. They tend to have clearances a lot and when they do, sometimes you can find some nice things for cheap cheap cheap ! lol, but I don’t really shop here anymore. I’ve grown up and moved on to more sophisticated styles. I’m done with my Abercrombie phase. I no longer like jackets, shirts, tshirts with«Abercrombie» printed across my chest. I hate having the same shirt every other bitch that’s my size has. Their style is too casual and boring for me. I need clothes that are head-turning and that will make me look like a woman. However, if you’re shorter or skinnier than your peers and need clothes that fit you for cheap. this is a nice alternative. The materials that their clothes are made of are actually decent so the clothes don’t really fall apart that easily. they actually last for a while. Btw, they don’t carry black clothing and they only sell flip flops.

i hate how almost all preppy tweens and teens shop here. it gives me the creeps to look at them. everyone dresses the same way! That’s just the brand I’m talking about though. i like this place more than the others. they have it good here. i never look at original prices they give me heart attacks. i just look thru their clearance. good stuff for 10 bucks. i found a nice sweater for 10 bucks. i saw denim capris for 5 bucks once, they were too small for me ]= But their employees freak me out! Seriously! Once I enter, they greet me and give me weird stares like I don’t belong… and follow me around with their cold eyes and freakily warm smiles. I hate stores where the employees chase you around!

Another first review! My friend has a very small head. He can’t fit into regular adult one sized fits all hats. So, we went to abercrombie kids to get him a hat. If you have a small head, you should go there too. Abercrombie kids clothes look the same as the adult ones. They even have the house type music playing. But that’s not what kids listen to, is it? The abercrombie jeans i have ended up being too big for me; maybe i should have tried the kids store instead. My friend can wear the kids guys ones. they’re good for short people. Most of the clothes are kind of bland. But anything that is for small people(including kids and small adults) is great.
