A&E watch provided outstanding customer service. I needed to replace the bezel spring on my Submariner and they did it fast and with very friendly service for only $ 20. While I was there, I met the owner, AVI, who personally greeted me, gave me and my friend a cap and polished both of our watches to like new perfection! Highly recommended!

I bought a used Rolex from an estate sale. I took it to A&E and they cleaned it, polished it, and did an appraisal for $ 50. The watch runs and looks like it’s brand new. And A&E did the work quickly and efficiently. I would definitely go back there if I needed work done on my watch.

My husband and I have been purchasing watches from A and E for over 15 years. We have always been greatly satisfied with the service and the staff. They have made everything so easy. Even when there was a problem (not theirs but ours) it was handled professionally and satisfactory We recommend A and E every moment we can. You won’t find a better place to buy a watch. I have been buying my watches from Avi and Eli for over 15 years. I have bought gifts for friends there as well as client gifts. I have always had amazing experiences with them and they have always stood by their work. They have never charged me to repair something and have been nothing but kind and pleasant to deal with on every occasion. I would highly recommend them for all your watch purchases. They are an honest and straight up bunch of folks. Well worth the visit!

I bought a beautiful Michele Tahitian white ceramic w diamonds here as birthday gift to my wife. As always it was very close to the drop dead (literally!) date and they helped me be on time with my gift. Excellent service with good price. This store (A & E Watches) is in the jewelry mart building at 888 Brannan. All I needed was new batteries for 2 different watches, and Cesar took great care of this tiny order. In fact, he told me it would take 30 minutes for new batteries, so I told him I would go get a snack at the building’s little café. Well, he finished early, and actually came to find me in the café to let me know the job was done. Best part? $ 10.00 total for BOTH watches. Wow!; other places charge up to $ 20.00 or more for a new battery. I’ll be back! Thanks Cesar.

Went to A&E watches in the San Francisco jewelery center yesterday and was significantly disappointed.
None of the watches in which I had an interest on their webiste were in the store. Hmmmmmm.
The shop was in a complete state of disrepair Hmmmmmm.
The salesperson kept on pushing 1 very old and in bad shape datejust on me even after I told him I was not interested — «special of the day». Hmmmmmm.

I have been coming here for 15 years now. My husband wanted to buy me a high-​end watch for my birthday and we were having no luck finding one that I liked. As soon as we walked into A&E, Cesar took one look at me and said «I know the watch for you». As soon as he pulled it out of the case, I knew that was the one. I have since purchased a Gucci watch for my husband from A&E. Cesar always takes care of me. He replaces my batteries and polishes my watches for no additional cost. Both watches purchased here have worked flawlessly. These watches retail for a lot more elsewhere, so this is the place to come for a really nice watch at a reasonable price. BTW: Joseph Y, you are clearly a racist and should keep your offensive comments to yourself.

I just needed a few links taken out of my watch, and I had heard about this place and was nearby anyway. Cesar took care of me, and didn’t charge me for it, even though I didn’t buy the watch from him. (It was a gift, wasn’t sure where to take it to get the links sized to my wrist). very nice, friendly. A lifelong customer was in there at the time and raved about the place. If you need a fancy watch, I’d check this place out.

I had nothing but a positive experience at A&E watches. I’ve wanted a high end watch for a long time and I finally took the plunge. A friend told me about A&E watches and thank goodness she did! Knowing very little prior to my visit, I left feeling very educated. I didn’t want to buy until I had done a little more research and the sales person never once made me feel pressured to buy «today». In fact, there were several follow up phone calls which I made with more questions and I always received the best service each time. Friendly, knowledgeable and best of all GOOD PRICES! I wouldn’t hesitate sending any of my friends to the store. Thanks for all your help A&E, i love love love my new watch!!!

THEY SELL FAKES!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I special ordered a new Cartier watch from them, and then God it broke within a couple of weeks of receiving it. I took it to an authorized dealer to discover that it was a FAKE!!! It makes me leary of trusting any vendors in the Jewelry Mart. I am still disputing with them to get my money back! DON“T SHOP HERE!!!

This watch store has a rude staff, horrible service, and sometimes aftermarket non rolex parts in their watches. They spam Craigslist trying to rip people off. What kinda reputable Watch Store advertise on CL??? Do not believe anything Priscella C. wrote. She is a employee of the store. Come on… who buys two high prices watches ?? and plan to buy another in the coming month. If you was balling like that i believe you would be shopping at David Lich. Believe me stay away. If you need watches, there’s a watch store across the street from Macys. Can’t recall the name.
