I’ve lived here for almost a year and in general this is a pretty good apartment complex. They keep it clean, the neighbors don’t complain, the roof has amazing reviews, and the courtyard is good for BBQing. The apartments were built fairly recently so the construction is solid, though you can hear noises from room to room but not apartment to apartment.
Most units have a washer and dryer, so if you don’t see one negotiate that in your lease. The price is high but for this location in the Marina it is pretty standard.
