Oaks Market & Deli

This market is absolutely perfect! Their Deli is amazing and the market has everything you could ever ask for, from their selection of beer and wine to their top shelf liquor. I’m loving the new management here and they make you feel like family and close friends. You should definitely go there if you haven’t tried their great quality sandwiches! 5 stars for their food and customer service!

My boyfriend & I have gone to this deli/​convenient store 3 times now for some drinks & we have been treated like we have been going there for years. The new management is family owned, SO welcoming & give AMAZING customer service. They serve everything from beer & wine to smoothies & sandwiches. They even make freshly baked cookies everyday! It’s definitely your one stop shop that your have to try!

I was looking forward to trying this place out after reading the Unilocal reviews. I ordered a turkey sandwich with avocado on sourdough. It was one of the worse sandwiches I’ve ever had! First of all there wasn’t a lot of turkey. The bread was soft and fresh, but with mayo and mustard it turned soggy fast! There were only 2 slices of tomatoe on this sandwich, no pickles like the description and very little onion. What made it the worst sandwich was the avocado… at least that’s what it was suppose to be. It was this green paste, like you see in cheap mexican restaurants as their guac… it was disgusting! It was the consistency of mustard, just green. Unfortunately I will not be going back. That was a waste of $ 7! I got home, added my own tomatoes and real avocado!

Friendly staff, excellent sandwich and a great value. If you happen to be in the area and are hungry and want a quick bite, grab a sandwich from this deli you will not be disappointed! I had the Torpedo and the amount of meat was very generous… a solid value! The Oak Special was a hit too. Will definitely be back when I am in the area!

Overall all good service. Friendly people. Sandwiches were decent but definately not the best I have had. I read the raving reviews on the BLT so I tried it. It wasnt all it was cracked up to be. But decent sandwiches and great service. Worth a visit.

All I can say is WOW. Just went and grabbed a quick sandwich because my roommate said it was worth trying and it beats subway hands down. They were quick, nice, cheap, and I wish I had a better word for delicious :) The meat on the Torpedo sandwich I got was as thick as my finger is long, not to mention good quality meat and fresh bread. I doubt you can name anywhere else like this place. I encourage you to check it out!!!

This is a fantastic neighborhood joint. It’s not just a convenience store; there is a full deli with incredible sandwiches and salads. The food is fresh and priced right. There are tables inside to eat with a TV (Watching the Olympics right now). This is also a family run place where there is a real sense of pride… Both with the quality of the food and with the community. The owner knows everyone coming in… It’s amazing. You just can’t find places like this anymore.

I used to work for a company that would service this place. That’s when I found out about their sandwiches. My personal favorite … the hot pastrami. Amazing. The owner cares about his product and is personable. This is evidenced by the small things such as chairs to sit and eat your sandwich in the store. Unlike the store across the street that doesn’t have a place to sit and eat this always communicates to me «Buy it and get out» this place has the idea of personable real down to earth people.
If you go in the store don’t be surprised to have people there just talking and hanging out because that’s the type of «community» it has created. A good honest hard working owner that shows everyone respect. He’s worth me giving my business to and his sandwiches are some of the tops I’ve had.

Oak’s is the only deli on this side of town I will go to! They have excellent quality bread, meats, and cheeses! The bread is always fresh and super soft!!! They make it how you like it! Real nice that they give a little candy dessert w/​the sandwich too! Nice little bonus! Working at the local high school for over 13 yrs I have tried every place around here and Oak’s is by far the BEST!

I love this place! It is so nice and clean… uses the freshest ingredients… and they always have the latest in goods (i found the newest flavors of 5 gum and airheads which i have never seen anywhere else!). The sandwhiches are so delicious… actually crave status. However I do have one complaint… open more locations!
