I have lived here for almost 2 years and I love it!!! We have raised our daughter here and plan on staying in tell we are able to buy a home. Yes there are rules but only to keep the trash out! Any issues I have had are attended to in a very quick manner! Rachel and Michelle are very helpful and professional. I hope they keep up the good work. I have lived here for about 9 months, and it has been a good experience.
The pool area has been one of my favorite amenities. It is clean and spacious, and also has good restrooms right on site. The laundry area is comfy, with tons of washers and dryers.
Our rent is great for the size of our place, and the area. We can fit 2 cars in the driveway, and have a small sized yard, which is perfect for low maintenance.
The neighbors are quiet for the most part, but there is always that one person who is a downer, no matter where you go.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with the office staff, although sometimes it seems they bring stress to work, and may be a little stiff at times, but I understand that it is a busy job!
There is a security company that works with the park, Bravo 3 I believe, that is always quick to respond to a concern.
Maintenance team is quick, friendly, and knowledgeable!
To disagree with the previous review, I enjoy the neighborhood rules. It is similar to a less-​strict HOA, and keeps the neighborhood looking sharp. I previously lived in a complex with little rules, and the neighborhood SHOWED it. It was awful!
Also, that brick wall keeps tons of the road noise out, making my home, right next to the wall, much more quiet than if it wasn’t there!
I think we will be staying here for quite a while!
