Tim did a GREAT job on two pieces of jewelry he created for my lady. He was friendly, listened to my ideas for the pieces and came up with some great ideas — which he executed flawlessly. While I was there he resized my ring and replaced the crystal on my watch. Great customer service and a master of the craft.

Apparently g shock watches are extremely difficult to have their batteries replaced, so with a phone call, I ensured this place was able to handle it. Right away the answer was yes. Came in, dropped my watch off, now my watch works perfectly again. Perfect service, I highly recommend for all watch battery replacements. Will come again.

Brought my wife’s engagement ring and wedding band in based on friends referral. Both rings had 19 hard years of wear and missing several stones. When I picked them up, I couldn’t believe how incredible both rings looked, literally like new. The quality of craftsmanship was unlike any jeweler I’d been to before. I had two watches that needed a new battery. I first went to Sears – one in Chula Vista (on my way to a month-​long travel to Baja California) and one in El Cajon (after I returned from my ended-​up-​being-​four-​month-​long travel in Baja California). The Sears’ watch experts quoted me a price of over $ 34 for each watch because the watches are Movado! They also suggested a ‘warranty’ service for additional $ 12. I was beyond being stunned. I seriously considered donating the watches to Salvation Army or Goodwill. A neighbor then suggested that I should stop by H. Tim Williams Jewelers. I did. Guess what they charged to replace the batteries for the two Movado watches. They charged $ 5.00 for each of my Movado watches!!!
Enough said, I am certain. Too bad I do not own precious things that need repair. Because, if I did, Mr. Williams would be the only person I would trust to repair them. Spread the word, folks.

My husbands bracelet broke at the clasp and after visiting 2 other shops that couldn’t/wouldn’t help I walked in here. What a difference! Tim was as nice as he could be, took a look at the bracelet, went into the back, and came out [no lie!] with it completely fixed and the extra pins in a little baggy for me. It might have been 5 mins and I was in and out. What a wonderful shop, I’m so glad I found it! Can’t wait to send them more business. It was such great service.

I came here to get the settings around my diamond ring tightened. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The turn-​around time was shorter than they quoted and the end result was gorgeous. He did a fantastic job and charged very reasonable rates. I will definitely come back here whenever I need any more work done on my jewelry.

100% coming back here! Fantastic customer service and repair! I had a loose stone in my ring. I could start to hear the stone rattle and needed to get it into triage immediately. This is my first time needing a repair on my Jewelry so I came onto Unilocal to find a reputable jeweler where I knew my favorite ring would be in good hands. H Tim Williams had great reviews so I went over right after work. I was greeted by a very nice woman who helped me immediately, even though they were just about to close for the day. She told me Tim is a 4^th generation Jeweler with expertise in custom work. She took my ring right back to Tim and he fixed it right then and there! Made my day. I got my ring back in perfect condition and even more sparkly then I had ever seen it! I am absolutely coming back to have them help me design a custom wedding band. They also do watch repair and cheap battery replacement! It’s worth a visit and parking is sooo easy since it’s next to a best buy, dry cleaning and yummy frozen yogurt. Get everything done in one stop :)

We went here out of convenience while «killing time» in Santee to get our watch batteries replaced after reading a few Unilocal reviews. This place was not only inexpensive but very fast and efficient and the owners were very friendly. We plan to conveniently come here again in the future as a result.

This is the first engagement ring I have had made. Tim was great, walking me through the process of finding the right stone, making the right design and all of the little things in between. The ring came out perfect and the Alexandrite stone Tim found was better that I could have ever have wanted. I would recommend Tim for any and all jeweler issues or desires.

I love this place! I brought in several watches that needed to have batteries replaced. I was expecting this to be a very costly venture but was pleasantly surprised when the final cost was far less than I had anticipated. Plus, they were even able to replace the batteries in two Gucci watches when other jewelers had told me it could not be done unless I sent the watches back to Gucci.
Everyone working in the store was friendly and very professional. They even cleaned and evaluated my diamond ring at no charge.

I was out searching local jewelry stores for a long overdue replacement band for my lovely wife of 14 years. I had a very specific design I was looking for and I was having a very difficult time finding the ring set I wanted, the rings were either too gaudy, too lite, the wrong metal, too expensive, you name it.
I was across the street on yet another failed shopping trip when I searched my phone for nearby jewelers and it told me about Tim’s shop, and I’m glad I did! He was able to fabricate exactly what I was looking for, use the existing stone I had, and for a great price! The rings are amazing, and my wife thinks I’m the husband of the year, she won’t quit staring at it.
