Watch out when they start handing you «free» promotion items. I got charged for the body lotion they put in my shopping bag as «free». I went back after reviewing my receipt as I was leaving the store. The girl didn’t even apologize; instead i got an «oohh», no eye contact, and annoyed attitude.

This is my favorite bath and body works. The employees are always so kind (actually, EVERY BBW store, the employees have always been great) but whenever I have an exchange (which is someone often, with candles) they are great about it. The candles are the best!!!

By far the best location! I will only shop at this location as the employees especially Megan I believe her name is she’s a manager or supervisor and she’s awesome! Very good at what she does and made me a life long customer for sure. I love bath and body works and the service you receive at this store is always satisfactory! Parkway plaza mall not so much…

Came in while they were having a sale, and when I found out that my favorite fragrance wasn’t included in their promotions, one of their employees suggested some alternatives that were more wallet-​friendly. It’s nice that she took the time to let me know they had other fragrances similar to the one I wanted. So I went ahead and bought the ones she suggested (which, unfortunately, didn’t work out for me).
I like this store better than the one in Parkway Plaza. The shopping experience here just seems more intimate and the ladies have always been so helpful. And of course it’s much funner stopping by on sale season!

Thought I would give this B&B works store a shout out.
This is my favorite Bath and Body Works shop simply because the ladies working there are always fantastic! Great customer service! They are super friendly and always knowledgeable.
Its a small outlet shop, but they carry all the essentials in the lines.
Its never too busy or crowed.
I come all the way from SD/​La Mesa area for this shop rather than the ones in the closer by malls.
BOTTOM LINE: Great shop!

love this location too! always enough people to help out the customers on the floor and ON registers. there’s ALWAYS something on sale, always great gift ideas, and ALWAYS smells sooooo good in there, as it does in ALL B&BW. this is my favorite one in particular, because it is at THIS location. I love this location, SANTEE TROLLEY SQUARE.
