The tellers get the job done pretty efficiently so that is a huge plus. I have seen this with most WF branches they have someone higher up I don’t know if it a manager or what the title it but they always nag you with questions when you try to fill out a deposit or withdrawal form or whatever like you are a moron. Not to mention they are probably making 50% more than the tellers for what I have no idea.

The lady tellers are always sweet. The men, not so much. Every time I come in and I’m helped by a male teller, they treat me like I’m below them and offer no suggestions. I was having issues with transfers and I needed the money that day for rent. The guy gave me a blank stare and said there was nothing he could do in the bank (since when can’t you do transfers in a bank?!) and pretty much said, «Well, that sucks for you.» and I was on my way. I really love the drive thru ATM and all the wonderful ladies that work here though!
