Three calls/​visits to this pharmacy location over a week and a half still failed to properly transfer my medications from out of state.
This pharmacy is in shambles. There’s a sign stating they are hiring pharmacy techs… The pharmacist (male) who is rude and unhelpful didn’t appreciate my poignant response to the sign «no wonder you’re hiring». He said «yes, thank you» as if my irritation and needs didn’t matter.
Rite Aid is exceptional and I’m returning to my go to pharmacy. I incorrectly thought Rite Aid wasn’t nearby. Thank goodness they are!

I am not sure why the management of this store cannot figure out there is a problem in the pharmacy. They are always understaffed and the people they do have working back there really don’t know what they are doing. Pathetic! I have finally decided enough is enough and I will take my business elsewhere. They are not the only game in town.

Apparently prescriptions arrive in many different ways. My advice: ALWAYS CALL to be sure they have your script and when it will be ready. There has always been a long wait when I have gone. Other than that, the people are nice and friendly. If nice and friendly is what you want just scoot on over to a Les Schwab store. They RUN out to greet you. Schwab doesn’t do prescriptions but they are friendly!

What a disappointing and horrible example of a great brand. Never experienced such incompetence in dealing with a pharmacy in my entire life. Ridiculous waits at the pharmacy, rude and annoying staff. I’m DONE with Walgreens and moving our entire family’s prescriptions elsewhere. The final straw was tonight. While very ill and needing my daughter to pick up the Rx, I called to pay in advance with my flex spending credit card. Idiot on phone says no I can’t do that. When I asked her why not she alleged to ask someone while I got put on hold. Same answer. So I asked what she would do if my card would not swipe in the store. Her answer? I don’t know. We always have issues there and this was the last chance. Rude rude rude and stupid stupid stupid. Bye Felicia…

One person in front of me at the pharmacy. Both of our prescriptions ready prior to pick up. 20 minute wait before anyone even came to the window. I literally had so much time on my hands I decided to write and finished this review before I had even been helped. I’ll be finding a new pharmacy… STAT!

Went in for just 1 thing. I asked why prices were much higher than other large corporations. Lori says «you can always go someplace else». From now on, I will. Lori, next time say it under your breath more.

The prices are generally lower than the other leadi g chains when talking about toiletries. The otc medications are generally cheaper, so that is great as well. personally, I like that they have vanilla coke, which many pharmacies don’t have. that’s irrelevant to the pharmacy, but defintiely a plus.

Ssslllllowwwwwww!!! The slowest of the slowest. In fact as slow as slow gets. So slow I have ample time to write this bad review. If you need a prescription expect a long freaking wait. Might want to bring a good novel.

Haley at the photo shop, she’s very helpful nice attitude. Very satisfied for my purchase. Hoping that all Walgreens has this kind of employee. Good job Haley!

I love this Walgreens. It has everything. People are very nice and helpful. They have everything you could want. I really love this store.

Just a note to my neighborhood Walgreens: Thank you for being there. The pharmacy may be slow (who’s isn’t?), but it’s a very nice store with nice employees and I can’t tell you how many times we’ve «run down to Walgreens» to get a necessity. I like my Walgreens store!

Miserable. That would be the word to describe my experience. I went there to print some pictures on their instant print machine. I had called them before hand and asked if they had an instant print machine to download some pictures on. I also asked if it was working. The woman responded to the call and said «yes we have one and yes it is working.»
I arrived there around 9:30 at night. I started using on of the machines and then when it came to the printing part it said «pick up times available». I asked a store associate and he said just try the other machine.
I went to the machine next to it. Mind you while I was trying to do this there were old bananas sitting next to the machines with fruit flies flying around. I spend another 30 minutes trying to download the pictures. I get to the end and the machine does the same thing! Then the associate resets the machine, which takes another 20 minutes to restart!
At this point I started walking around as to not hover over the associate. Another associate walks over (manager?) and starts talking about me while I’m in the aisle! Saying «she probably did it wrong. She keeps hitting the wrong button. Is she even still here?». Then she goes on to start smack talking her coworkers!
The machine finally turns back on and She tells me to try again. The computer still didn’t work! At this point it was now 11:30 and they were about to close. She said «guess it’s not working come back tomorrow to pick up your pictures»… SERIOUSLY?! Just RIDICULOUS!

Prepare to be frustrated. They are understaffed so long waits are way too common. They rarely answer their phone. And their prices are nothing special.

I used to get my prescription at the Walgreen pharmacy and their customer service is okay. I waited an hour to get my prescription and I thought the wait was less than that. I wouldn’t go there again.

I’ve been there to the pharmacy only a couple times. But it’s always a good feeling to get recognized, and Amber has. Even if I’m not headed to the pharmacy she always gives me a warm smile and hello. Great customer service on her part.

Amber in the pharmacy is awesome! My insurance became inactive due to changes and moving so my 2 prescriptions needed to be paid for and they were not cheap. Somehow she ended up putting in an employee discount and saved me $ 50. She’s amazing, and sweet and Walgreens is lucky to have her working for them!

I go to walgreens a lot because it’s right next to my house and it’s a quick stop if I need something right away. Most of the employees know who I am because I go there so much. I go there for redbox a lot too. I like how they have a machine that prints pictures right on the spot. I could also go on my phone app to order pictures and they are ready within a few hours.

This Walgreens is at my corner, so I keep trying to use them for my perscriptions, the problem is they are greatly understaffed in the pharmacy and the lines and service is awful!!! It’s not the employees fault, there is just not enough of them,
Bad mangement

Worst Walgreens ever! Waited in line at the pharmacy on two separate occasions for an unreasonably long amount of time. Even though the staff is friendly, the wait time is completely unacceptable. A tip to for the management– properly staff your pharmacy. CVS is calling my name.

They close at 10pm. They never have anything. Hope you don’t speak english. Because they don’t. So FAIL!
