This company called me to solicit business as property manager to lease my home. They sent me forms to sign and I provided comments back on six items they had filled in. They sent me nasty email back saying they did not appreciate my comments as they wanted to do things their way and had been doing so for nine years. They said «we have found that working with owners who are rigid and demanding in their approach are difficult to work with and prefer to work with owners who believe in us and trust us that we know how to do our job. » My cmmts included removing their requirement saying I would pay them sales commission if after leasing for year tenant wanted to buy home and I wanted approval on any repair over $ 250 instead of $ 350. I do not find these comments unreasonable.

Run dont walk away from this lady. Does not tell the truth. Signed a one year lease after four months we have to leave. Not trustworthy.
