My experience at the Starbucks was horrible. The dark haired, heavy, store manager was extremely rude and disgusting. She not only messed up my drink and refused to fix it but was also extremely mean to her employees. She treated her employees as they were slaves. She constantly told one poor lady that she wasn’t fast enough and she needed to hurry up while she slowly made drinks herself. She represents the store horribly. She needs to be transferred.

Just had the best experience here this afternoon! Ariana was extremely helpful with all the questions I had. She is a great asset to the Starbucks team! Definitely will come to this location more and not the drive thru!

Unfriendly, no eye contact, behaved as tho I was inconveniencing her by asking for my coffee ground, then turned away, and made someone’s order, so I had to tell the next young lady my order again. This gal had waist length long hair, not tied back and flowing over her shoulders, and un kept. Very unprofessional in appearance and attitude. Both girls did not make eye contact or small talk, did not ask for our name for our drinks, and looked thru us as if we were invisible. This is my neighborhood Starbucks, I’m disappointed. Usually my Starbucks is friendly, kind. What ever happened to customer service? A smile, a hello how are you– goes along long way! Certinly more then 3 stars worth.

I am a Starbucks regular and this is the closest one to my house. Most of the staff here are great… friendly and good at their jobs. However there is one employee who is so slow it is unbearable, and the last several times I have had her make my drink, she has gotten it completely wrong. Caffeine when I asked for decaf. Full fat when I asked for nonfat. N
Reg latte when I asked for PSL. And several times I have had her tell me one thing then when I questioned it she said it was what I had ordered. She can’t remember what she made 5 seconds prior. Today I left without getting a coffee I had l ready paid for because she was taking too long and she got the previous customer’s order wrong so I was going to have to wait longer. This Starbucks needs to better train their employees and/​or let this one go.

This is the closest coffee shop to my house and is the one I’ve visited the most times. Ever since I can remember I have received prompt and amiable service from this Starbucks Location. Have absolutely no complaints, and will continue to visit this location as long as I live in this neighborhood!

Baristas are prompt, never have gotten my order wrong. Employees are always friendly. There’s cool blonde haired kid who will make you all kinds of concoctions if you’re in the mood to be surprised. Nice bright interior with reliable WiFi. Also has outdoor seating over looking a fountain area.

This is one of two of my favorite Starbucks locations. I’m a long time Starbucks patron and have visited many Starbucks locations and all locations in Santa Rosa. The best customer service can be found at this location. Always friendly and my drink is always made right.

Usual Starbuck’s quality but the outside seating near the fountain elevates this Starbucks to a new level. Lovely. Recommended for a pleasant afternoon cup of Joe.
