I called Stanley Steamer to clean our limestone tile after seeing an advertised special. They came unprepared and without the right equipment. Then recommended sealing the tile for an additional cost. After the sealant was applied, they left and I noticed leopard spots forming over all of the tile. After much discussion and many phone calls (and blaming me for agreeing to apply sealant to limestone tile), I had to schedule time out for them to come out to remove the sealant which came out on some parts, not others. They were supposed to call me back, and never did. Terrible experience with them as a company.

The guys were super nice unfortunately stains started to re appear the next day, in my opinion the rug doc dose a better job.

Anthony and Ray came out to my house to give me a quote and I had them clean my couch. I had gotten several quotes from many businesses around Sonoma county and they were the best price. They were very polite and helpful when discussing which services I needed. They got to work right away and the couch looks great. There were a few spots I saw that I wasn’t pleased with and Anthony went right to his truck and scrubbed them clean by hand with a smile. He didn’t make me feel like I was nagging or picky, he agreed that if I’m paying the money I should get what I pay for. That is not always the case when you have someone doing something for you, I commend it. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs upholstery cleaning.

They did such a great job on my carpets, every stain I was worried about is gone and now I know ill get my deposit back from the landlord! Please don’t waste your money on anyone else these people know how to get in and out while making sure your carpet looks brand new!!!

Called and made an appointment for Saturday AM our technicians didn’t show up when I was told so I got upset. However when they did show up they explained why they were late. They were very efficient, neat and took good care of the furniture. The carpets all 2,000 sq. foot of them, look better than ever and no smell. None. This house has 3 dogs living in it and you can’t tell when you walk in.
