I stop by for gifts frequently because I love their selection. Last night was my birthday and at the last moment my daughter reminded me that no one had taken her shopping for my gift and she was very upset. I walked into Sincerely Yours and told the lovely sales person that my daughter was shopping for my birthday and I gave her a budget and my credit card. I was waiting right outside in front of the window with a promise not to look. The woman was so sweet and actually helped my daughter pick out a few things, wrapped them nicely, and tied a beautiful bow around the bag. My daughter was so proud and thrilled and I cannot thank you enough for that!!!

Our whole family(10 of us including little kids and our big kids) shopped here Sunday and had fun picking out Halloween items for all our homes. We spent about $ 300 and were treated very well by the employees. Within 45 min. of leaving the store we got home and decided one of the items we bought would look better in another color. I called the store immediately and asked if we could exchange the item and the employee said yes. I assured her we would be in soon since it was a «holiday» item. Less than 72 hours later my wife went to do the return(we don’t live in town) and was met with the RUDEST person there yet, the owner! WOW, she said she wouldn’t return the item… mind you it was an exchange, NOT a return, the employee next to her said she told us we could return it and that was NOT looked upon favorably. The owner then proceeded to say she wouldn’t return it w/out the tag. My wife said it’s in the bay, with the response«No it’s not» coming from the owner followed by «here it is», you guessed it, friendly employee. At which time my wife simply went and picked out the pumpkin she wanted. Note to self, Owner, take a lesson from your EMPLOYEE on customer service, she’s got it down and really should look for a job somewhere where she’s treated with respect. Needless to say, we won’t be shopping there anymore, not that that will make or break you but hopefully you’ll try a little harder in the future to be kind and flexible and generous with the people who help you make a living.

Sincerely Yours has recently expanded into a larger facility and is now quite large. It has a really nice selection of greeting cards, candles, journals, home items, Vera Bradley, and the list goes on and on. I love stores like this where you want to walk around and look at everything and in the process find gifts for a friend or two(or yourself!). Sadly, I must be honest that in my experience what other reviewers have mentioned is true. The employees in here are just not helpful or friendly. The checkout process is slow and arduous. Today, my mom made a comment to the woman checking us out about the bell that rings every time someone walks in the door. It was a busy day so it was an almost continual loud noise. My mom was very friendly asking if it bothered the woman working there or if she didn’t notice it anymore. Instead of a friendly reply we got a long sermon about how necessary the bell was to inform the employees people were coming in… shooting us a dirty look at how dare we mention it. On our way out we got stopped by another rude employee asking if she could help us, eyeing our bags to see if we took anything. This is not the way to treat customers who just made purchases in your store! And whatever you do, don’t try to use your American Express. They can get a bit snippy swatting it away. I will continue to shop here on occasion. My hope is that the customer service will improve?

The only reason they get one star is because they do carry a nice selection of Vera Bradley items. That said these people need to get a clue and not be rude to their clientele especially those with children. This demographic is called a «family». Some of their offspring may grow up one day and become consumers(you may want to write that one down). Guess what, when you carry stuffed animals in your store children may pick them up! Good luck being rude to families; maybe you just cater to a different demographic– good luck with that. To be fair we did not actually buy anything so their one star is for purely poor customer service and attitude. WOW, this store has moved just a few doors down from their former location. So great and roomy! They carry stationery, party accessories, all types of whimsical gifts and decorations. They also have great paper napkins, casual table cloths. At Christmas, they are filled with great Christmas ornaments and cards of course. I take my mom in here annually for her to select her Christmas cards, it’s one stop shopping. Very friendly, helpful and not snobby staff, thank you!

Loved this shop! This store has something for everyone. I love stationary and gift shops, and I found so many fun things here. I didn’t get to spend much time, so I am going back again. I highly recommend checking them out, they had some really unusual cards, one in particular that was slender and about a foot long and it looked hand-painted, sooo pretty!

I went into Sincerely Yours a few times the past month to look for wedding invitations. Finding someone willing to step from behind the counter was my first challenge. Once I had the attention of an employee it took another miracle to get her to find an answer to my questions. The straw that broke the camels back was when I asked how much extra postage would cost on a larger invitation and the owners response was, «does it really matter in the scheme of things». Rude and unprofessional… i will go elsewhere to get our invitations. Maybe I can find someone that has a clue and an ounce of customer service skills. The only reason I gave them one star is because of the quality of product in the store.

This place has a great selection of paper products, small gifts, photo albums, cards and I’m sure so much more. They carry the types of note cards that you give as a gift, papyrus, crane and co, kate spade, etc. Great selection of designs and price points. Gifts over $ 10(which isn’t hard to do) get a free gift wrap which is always a nice touch for a local store. They also offer wedding invitation services, helping to cater to your personal needs and some cute wedding gift ideas as well. Overall the service was really good, very friendly and caring! I’d definitely go back!

Sincerely yours is a store that you simply cannot go to by yourself– unless you are one of those people who can talk to anyone about how much you like something! It is an Oooh Ahhh store. Know what i mean? You want to have your gal pals or mom. or sister, husband, someone! You will find gifts, tabletop, paper goods, anything you need to entertain, incredible greeting card selection, and invitations and other party planning cards. This is a must see people!
