Shelby is the best! I workout really hard and work puts strain on my muscles. She helps me work out all my knots in my tired muscles. She always relaxes me to the point where I’m dozing off! Love her and her amazing work! She is fantastic and highly recommend her!

Shelby is really, really good at what she does and it was worth the wait. I guess she was on vacation or something but that wasn’t made clear in the initial communication I had with her. Anyway, the massage itself was great, and totally relaxing, which was my main goal. I also noticed that she did not stop right on the hour, but actually gave me more than I expected. I didn’t feel rushed — like «your times up, now out you go,» but felt her calm energy for the rest of the day.

Highly recommended!!! I have been going to Shelby for two years now and she is the best CMT I have used. One of the struggles I have experienced with massage therapists in the past is that they tend to be flaky, always canceling or rearranging your appointments to benefit their personal life, but this is not the case with Shelby! Shelby is always on time, and her place of business is clean and neat. Shelby also takes time at the beginning of your appointment to find out how your doing and where you want the focus to be during the massage. I love seeing Shelby, she is so professional and always in a good mood! One of my favorite things about her location is that the parking is free… when I have been downtown for a massage I was always worried about when my meter would expire and now I that I use Shelby I don’t need to worry about that anymore!
