Sears Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning

Extremely thorough and very pleasant. We’d had a roof job and all our ducts were cluttered with cr@p. They vacuumed them to perfection and also cleaned out our dryer tubing and vent. Will contact them again when we need duct cleaning.

I had Sears come and clean my air ducts and the two men they sent were wonderful. After a good cleaning I can finally breath again! Would highly recommend having this done! They even cleaned up after themselves in getting all the residue out that got knocked down! Great Service and Good Price!

We had recently purchased a home and every time we spent the night, I would get a horribly sore throat and sniffly nose. Whenever we weren’t at the house, I’d feel fine.
My husband finally suggested we get the air ducts cleaned and boy, am I glad we did! Sears was one of several quotes I got and their online process was super simple. They were able to send a team out a few days after my request and their quote was incredibly fair.
The two workers — Jo-​el and Kenny — arrived on time (in fact, they called and asked if they could come early. Never had that happen before!) In addition to our Air Ducts, we decided to get the lint trap in our dryer cleaned, too as it was a nominal, additional fee.
Both gentlemen were extremely friendly, polite and hard working. As they started to clean, they actually pulled me over to look in the vents — before they even started, they were literally pulling out debris with their hands (nails, massive hairballs, chunks of dirt, blech!) They noted it’s unlikely in the house’s 35 year history if the ducts had ever been cleaned given the amount of crap they vacuumed out. The lint trap in our clothes dryer was also filled beyond capacity: which doesn’t just impact the efficiency of our dryer, but is a serious fire hazard, too.
It took them about ~2 hours from start to finish. They vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves and were incredibly cheerful their entire visit. I could quite literally feel a difference in the air quality, too. I’d recommend to anyone with allergies or if you recently moved into a new home. It’s made a huge amount of difference to us.

These guys came back after I notified them there was still a slight spot in the living room. They set up an appointment the next week after I called them and went over the spot again at NO CHARGE!
The employee that arrived was polite and courteous of my home; placing protectors in my doorway and had shoe covers on.
The spot is completely gone & I’m really happy with the job done and the customer service that Sears offers.

The two person crew was timely and knew what they were doing. We had 9 air ducts cleaned, took about two hours. They even found some ducts that weren’t sealed correctly and would have been heating under my house, great catch and fix by them! Would use them again.

I can’t say enough kind things about Joel and Kenny. They were prompt, professional, and got the job done. I have a dog and a three year old, so while I know they’ve seen worse, they’ve also had easier jobs, too. I felt I received a good value for the money spent, and now my house carpets are clean for the holidays. Thank you so much!

I called Jo-​el at Sears carpet and upholstery care and I immediately knew I was speaking to a professional. We set up at time for him to evaluate my office carpet and within just a few minutes after his observation he gave me the EXACT price and asked me what day and time works best for me. My chiropractic office closes at 6 PM and he said no problem I’ll be there after six to get your carpets cleaned. Jo-​el is on time, which I think is fantastic and he did a superb job. Our company had Jo-​el and his crew come in over the weekend and clean our office. They did such an amazing job. We were able to trust them with our keys then they called the office manager to come set the alarm when they were done. It was very professional and our office looks great when clients come in!
