Santa Rosa Soccer

Last week I went to Santa Rosa Soccer with my 12 year old son, we spent $ 160 on 2 pairs of cleats. My son wore them around the house to test fit, did not play soccer in them at all. One pair was uncomfortable, 5 days later we went back with receipt in hand to exchange the ill fitting pair & were refused store credit & called liars. This is my first and only experience with them. We will attempt to sell the cleats on craigslist or give them to a friend, my son spent his own money on the cleats. I have never written a bad review about a business, I like to write reviews about places & experiences that I would like to recommend. This store owner was rude and condescending & I feel like it’s important that i write this review to warn others. Santa Rosa Soccer is willing to take your money but not willing to honor their return policy. I like to shop locally & will now patronize Soccer and Sports on Santa Rosa Ave, for my son’s soccer needs. I suggest everyone else do the same. BE WARNED. No integrity at Santa Rosa Soccer.
