Had the most delicious Margherita pizza from Rosso at Paradise Ridge Winery! Had the perfect balance of sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese and basil. My kids ate the whole thing, including the crust. Pizzas are cooked in the fire roasted oven so I think they do the high temp for just a few minutes. Whatever they do, it’s magical and you get the best thin crust pizza. The Caprese salad was great too. Loved that there was arugala in the mix. Definitely will be back for more great food, wine, views and art!
