I always enjoy seeing Dr. Bob and Ilene for my routine visits. However, recently I treated myself to a teeth whitening. This gave me the opportunity to work with another member of the staff, Sylvia. She is wonderful at explaining each step of the process and how to get the best results. With her instruction even I can’t and haven’t foul up the process. I can’t say enough about all the good people who work in this office. Who looks forward to seeing their dentist… me!

On an amazing tip from a friend, my family switched to Dr. Bob about four years ago. Now we actually relax when we go to the dentist. Can you imagine? Their office is so comfortable and welcoming that you can’t help but contrast it with other less wonderful dental experiences. And there’s no comparison! This entire team is a delight, and their dental care is at the top.

What a wonderful office. Dr. Bob and his staff (especially Ilene) are so lovely! He is so kind and gentle. And Ilene makes you feel so comfortable. It is a great experience walking into their office. How many people feel that way about going to the dentist. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I have been going to «Dr. Bob» for about four years — since we have been back in Sonoma County. The whole experience has always been very positive and actually calming… Who can say that about going to the dentist? They are always up front about what is going on with my mouth/​teeth, and if something can wait — watch it and see how it’s going — they tell us. It’s not like they are in a hurry to spend my money… and the money we do spend there feels like a very good value.
I highly recommend Dr. Bob Gilbaugh and his wonderful staff.

Great office staff, very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and great dentist. I’ve only been going for the last year, but I feel very comfortable and at home there (yes, this is odd for a dentist’s office). After a few nightmare experiences at other local dentists, I am very happy to have found this place. I’m pretty sure this is what a family dental office is supposed to be.

This was my first visit to Dr Robert Gilbaugh, the office staff was friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease. Dr. Gilbaugh was one of the best dentist that I have been too, he made sure I understand all of my options and answered all of my questions. When I walked out of the office we had made a game play and I must admit that’s the time first I’ve ever had that happen. I highly recommend Dr Gilbaugh and his office staff. John Lindo

Robert is a fabulous dentist and oral surgeon.
I recently needed a root canal on a back tooth, and Robert did the work for me. Not only did he and his staff put me totally at ease before, during and after the procedure, but he did a first rate job at a fair price. As long as Robert is around to do root canals, I will never fear them again! Thank you Robert!

Well I have to admit, I don’t usually write reviews for businesses let alone dentists. But sometimes you just have to take a minute to tell the world how great a business is. Dr. Bob Gilbaugh practices in Santa Rosa and is awesome. I have quite the fear of dentistry and he and his staff made the experience comfortable, safe and worthy of returning. Which is saying a lot. I avoided the dentist for 6 years because of a bad experience. I have seen Dr. Bob now for two weeks in a row to get my teeth on the right track and I will keep going back. Kudos to Dr. Bob and his office staff. I would highly recommend this office to my friends and family. If 6 stars were possible to give, I would!
