I go for the large dog park here. There’s a section where your trusty sidekick can play in a little man made stream to cool off in the summer. It’s usually pretty well maintained, but have decided to take a rain check when the water looked low and stagnant. The park has paved walkways and open grass areas, have seen some fairly large parties here. There’s a medium sized play structure area for the kiddies, BBQ’s and picnic tables. The ball field is maintained and popular. This park is in Rincon Valley, so you know, not a place you’re going to get mugged at. That feels good, no one likes to get mugged. Definitely a park to bring your family and enjoy the clear sky & sunshine.

I love to bring my Goldendoodle here to the dog park. It is a great spacious park, one of the largest I’ve been to. To people who claim this is a «dangerous park,» with«aggressive dogs,» ANY dog park I have ever heard of has had incidents with dogs getting into scuffles. When you bring your dog to a dog park that is open to the public, you must be prepared and pay close attention to your dog-be on the defense, that should be common knowledge to anyone bringing their dog to a dog park. Do not expect all owners to pay attention to their dogs(which I have seen) don’t expect all owners to have control over their dogs either. But make sure that before you bring your dog here YOU have control of your dog, and also that your dog is up to date on all of their vaccinations. There are many«regulars» that come and are attentive of their dogs. I feel safe for the most part if I come in the afternoon and avoid the 5pm crowd, which is when it tends to get a bit rowdy… but like I said always pay attention and be attentive to your dog and pick up! Your dog will have a grand time!

Love this dog park. The people are friendly too… most of them don’t bite. The area is always clean and kept up nicely. A big area for the dogs to run and play. It is an area filled with bark. The grass is not open yet for play. The dogs all seem nice and have fun there.

GREAT place to take your dog. They have a nice area in the middle of the park that’s just for them. Plus, the dog owners are friendly :)

Nice enough park with facilities for humans. Dog park users beware: Locals with aggressive pit bulls come here. Not safe.

I’ve started a Pittie Playdate group here every Tuesday at 5pm. Come say hi and check out our facebook. No dog politics just fun and education.

I LOVE this park! Great for B-day parties and I love that they actually have a bathroom! Not too clean, but better than having my son pee on a tree ! LOL

Just your basic open green space(well, partly brown in the summer) to walk dogs and for kids to romp around in. Really no other reason to visit.
