Beverly Wells proved herself to be very professional with both excellent customer service and most importantly excellent results. She worked on our old, neglected family piano. She clearly explained and pointed out what our piano needed and was honest about the expected results. I had no experience with pianos other than inheriting ours. Thanks to Beverly our daughter is ready to learn to play

We thought we were just getting a tuning but we ended up with a beautifully playing piano AND a glimpse into the fascinating biology of a remarkable instrument. Beverly is very professional and good at explaining the complex mechanisms of a piano.
We has thought a ‘free’ piano we got just needed a little tuning to get it back up to speed but it needed a lot more than that. Beverly explained why a tuning wouldn’t work if a major structural part was broken and also gave us options for what was essential and what could wait to be fixed. She also pulled an old knife (not ours) and a yellowed wedding RSVP from the 50s or 60s (also not ours) out of our piano and told us stories of other oddities she’s found in pianos over the years.
Now, we have a beautiful working piano who’s story we understand a little better. Thank you Beverly!

I inherited a old piano that had seen better days. When I finally decided it was time to have it restored, I called Beverly at Piano Craft. That was absolutely the best decision I could have made. She came out to my house and did a very thorough examination of my piano. We then talked through several restoration options and soon found one that both addressed the needs of the piano and fit into my budget. Beverly was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I immediately knew that my piano was in good hands.
Most of the work on my piano was done in Beverly’s shop, and finishing touches were then completed when the piano was reassembled at my home. I am totally blown away by how fantastic my piano looks and sounds. It’s almost like having a new piano, it’s in such distinctly better shape now. I am stunned at how this piano was completely transformed within a budget that I consider very reasonable. I cannot thank Beverly enough for her hard work. There are still a few more things I’d like to do to the piano in time, and I’ll certainly be calling Piano Craft when I’m ready to proceed. If you need to have a piano repaired, I cannot recommend Piano Craft enough.
