Their ad said free estimate. 2 men showed up and said they saw where the leak was coming from and put some roof mastik stuff on it and left. I thought they were the ones that were going to give me the bid. I got a bill in the mail for $ 368.00. The bill also said «we located the leak and mended it». The roof had leaked when it rained since they had been there. I was checking out other roofing companys still. I called Peterson Dean and they said I had to pay the bill. They charged 2 hours labor @ $ 90 per hour for each man. They have been unwilling to go to arbitration. I received 2 more bills in the months to come. When they said they were sending it to their legal team I put a check into the mail and have contacted Better Business Bureau. I’m 67 and have always paid my bills. This is a first for me. They have NO compassion. It has been a very volatile, emotional experience. Along with the roof leak to have to deal with them. Henri’s in Petaluma is a GREAT company and redid my whole roof. Their company is a dream come true.
