After my terrible experience at the Santa Rosa Plaza location I decided I need to review this location to be fair . I was super hungry and tired last night, I headed there at about 9:30pm to get a to go order . I was greeted by a pleasant young lady who offered me a sample and I asked what time they closed, she said«you have lots of time 10pm» I got a half order of white rice and veggies as my side dish. The orange chicken and ¼ Beijing Beef and ¼ chicken mushroom. The only reason I did that because I got the last scoop of the belief that they had in the warmers up front. Otherwise I would’ve got my other entrée as all Beijing beef I don’t think the other staff member working in the kitchen look too thrilled about making any more food I half hour before closing that would be my only negative comment on this visit The food was great temperature, the rice was white fluffy and tasted exactly as it should, vegetables were fresh and plentiful. I was so hungry I ate everything including my fortune cookie which I normally never ever do. Even the message in it was pretty positive and inspiring even though I know a factory just print out and it made me smile. Location is always packed with people. There are some colorful individuals out on the patio late at night I saw a girl with a cockatiel on a leash, I guy doing handstand on a longboard with rainbow hair, a lady on her cell phone yelling and screaming so loud I’m sure the whole of Santa Rosa and Roselyn could hear her. Welcome to the evening hours Santa Rosa

Purchased a large Kung Pao chicken and I would have had an easier time to find«WALDO» than to find chicken in this $ 10 box of veggies. Clearly the management is cutting costs at the expense of customer satisfaction. With that, I would recommend you find somewhere else, for sure.

Given all the choices in this center, I’d choose somewhere else. Not horrible but clearly a very cheap franchisee. Skimpy portions, barely any condiments out, you have to ask for everything. I am a fairly frequent Panda Express customer and travel for my job all over the Bay Area and beyond and you can get cheap Chinese food anywhere, you go to Panda for good, consistent food, generous portions and condiment choices without having to ask for everything, even the chopsticks. The prices are even a little higher than the Panda’s in the East Bay(might be a region thing) but I definitely didn’t feel I got my monies worth, and felt like they were being cheap by making customers ask for everything – and having to wait a second time to ask for sauce or chop sticks that should be out is frustrating.

Not bad. My only complaint would be going in at 8:30pm and basically seeing the whole restaurant closed down.(Chairs put up and employees hanging out watching the clock). The food is good and service is professional.

A+ on service! Probably the friendliest Panda Express. They offered me samples and asked how my day was. It was faster than some Panda Express I’ve been to in the area. Food is just like any panda and they gave me good amount and wasn’t stingy on it like some places

Ok, so its fast food and affordable. Considering that I think panda has the right idea. I love the veggies… not overcooked at all. There are many Chinese restaurants in town that cost more and taste a lot worse.

My daughter loves this place. Although i am getting her to try new places. They forgot one of her side items again. He always forgets to double check the order. They were closed by the time he got back and we noticed it. He goes to this one because its closer, i would rather drive to one of the other for better quality and they haven’t forgotten anything yet.

I’m at this Panda Express location at least once a week because I’m a sucker for their food and it’s very close to my home. They just remodeled the whole restaurant, and even without the remodel, it was one of the more clean Panda Express locations I’ve been to. They move a lot of product because of their location so your chances of landing fresher entrée’s increase because of it. The ladies behind the counter here are always super friendly and accommodating. If it’s your first time there, let them know. They can nudge you in the right direction. If they get something wrong, politely let them know and they will graciously apologize and fix it. Unfortunately, english is a second language for most of them so when a customer with no tolerance for that comes in, it can get ugly. I’ve had to, unfortunately, bare witness to this multiple times. ALWAYS treat people with respect and tolerance, especially someone who is serving your food.

My boyfriend and I just went here for a quick bite, and had the angriest, most unpleasant service EVER. The employee helping us, Chris, rolled his eyes constantly, slammed things down on the counter, and rudely interrupted my boyfriend when he had the audacity to try to order. We were perfectly polite too, he seemed to already have that attitude when we got there. Also in his haste(he could not have rushed our order more– he literally THREW it together) he forgot to offer sauce for the chopped chicken(they are supposed to). He made us extremely uncomfortable, like we should apologize for even being there. I was afraid to even go ask for soy sauce. I would like to point out that the cashier, Vi, was incredibly nice and polite. It almost made up for Chris’ rudeness. Almost.

Four stars for very friendly and helpful staff who answered all my questions. This location is very clean and has outdoor seating shared with starbucks. I liked that there was a wall mounted tv playing a Chinese cooking show. I also asked for ½ and ½ of the sides after everything was packed up and they changed this for me. So nice! The grilled chicken and mixed vegetables were just right for me(not too salty). I will come back if I am at this shopping center.

Lowest quality food just like any fast food joint. They don’t have any entrees in their buffet besides steamed veggies(which I can just make at home with organic veggies.) And the one entrée you’d think is vegetarian, the eggplant, tofu dish is covered in oyster sauce… Why put dead animal in a vegetable dish that doesn’t need it, they could at least have one decent alternative for a broader base of customers than steamed veggies which who knows, may not be vegetarian either seeing how they operate. I’ll I wanted on my quick lunch breaks was one warm meal option with rice, and an eggplant, tofu dish, and they have to mess that up too! Will not spend any of my labors there, get your act together you low-quality chain.

Panda Express is what it is. I usually stick with rice and veggies. There is a super pushy crazy employee here that scared the crap out of me. He made me feel like if I didn’t say what I wanted right away I could only have what he gave me.

My food came out hot and stayed hot the entire time I was eating. There was a woman here and she was deep cleaning the chairs and tables. How many fast food joints do you see doing that??? I feel less germy here than in other places.

Stopped by here since we were craving Chinese food after ziplining in Occidental. It’s your basic Panda Express. Honey Walnut Shrimp and Fried Rice were tasty as usual. Service was nice as they offered us extra fortune cookies. Bathroom was locked for some reason and was never unlocked.

Got food poisoning here like two weeks ago, and I don’t plan on ever going back. My recommendation, get anything else in the food court besides Panda Express!

Kind of expensive meal deals for the low quality. I prefer real Chinese food. The chow mein is like top ramen noodles that aren’t all the way cooked and the fried rice is not thoroughly cooked either, usually. The food is made very simply because it’s buffet style, don’t expect anything fancy. And an extra star because they have free water. Great.

This particular Panda Express gets one star because of the manager Tony. He is rude, obnoxious and cannot speak English well enough to get your order correctly. And when he makes a mistake he makes you feel like an idiot when he is clearly the moron behind the counter who cannot speak English. Go back to ESL, Tony! If he is the owner of this place then shame on him. I refuse to take my family to this place because of him. And that includes the Panda and Hibachi at SR Plaza. All owned by the same person. I’m not giving them any of my money for rude service.
