O’reilly Auto Parts

I don’t need supplies much but when I do, I go to this store. They’ve changed my wipers for me for years now and changed out a battery that was in bad shape a year ago. Some of the employees have been there for a long time. The service is always friendly and everyone knows what they are talking about. I think that must be hard with so many cars to be knowledgable about.

This is for the Rohnert Park location in Raley’s Town Center because there is not a Unilocal page for it. I have been in twice in the past week to get new windshield wipers and fluid. My dad ordered parts online from Sacramento for me to pick up, and although it’s a little bit of a hassle to have someone other than the card owner pick up the order, the staff got me in and out quickly! Jason helped me put the wipers on and fill the fluid and was very knowledgable and helpful, I will definitely return again! Thanks guys!

Best Customer Service! Yesterday I entered the store really in a panic because when I turned on my AC there was a loud noise that rattled the whole dash and the clove box almost burst open. I was scared !
I had never been in the O’Reilly Part Store on Mendocino Ave. in Santa Rosa Ca. before and I didn’t really know what to expect.
I walk up to the Counter and just blurted out my story. When I took a breath and looked at the salesmen I was so happy that they had an Idea as to what was going on. He asked if he could look at the car with out asking for any money. He opened the vent and identified the problem. The cabin air filter had become dislodged and was spinning into the fan. He charged me only for the new filters. He even installed the air filter refusing any money for labor.

In my excited frame of mind, I was an easy target for someone to make money fixing car parts that were not broken.
Thank you so very, very much for going above and beyond to help me. Thank you for being honest.

Knowledgeable staff, reasonabley priced products, nice location on mendocino ave. across from Heritage Public house and the Big Lots/​CVS shopping center. My go-​to stop in for headlight replacement bulbs, fuses and antifreeze, and the occasional specialty part, nice and convenient.
