Ooh La Loft

First off… I will say I LOVE this store. Their selection is great, unique, and though some are pricey — a lot of it is incredibly affordable.
That being said, they really need to hire staff with more customer experience. I find Santa Rosa to have a more «immature» attitude towards the guests in their store then in Petaluma. It’s a MUST that I venture in there EVERYTIME I’m in the mall or downtown Petaluma, ALWAYS speak thing new. Unfortunately, the staff always seems to ruin the experience. So it’s become somewhat of a love hate relationship — the inventory is amazing, but the girls working truly ruin the experience. 5 stars for great wardrobe items, but –1 star for the staff and their poor customer service. If you have to choose one location, Petaluma seems a bit more friendly

Love their amazing collection of tops, dresses, accessories and shoes! I wanted them ALL! On top of that, the prices are pretty affordable and reasonable! I do not live any where closer to their stores but luckily they have an online store!!!

i love ooh la loft! Its one of my favorite places to shop because of the convenient location and the trendy clothes! anytime i go in i can always find at least one thing there i fall in love with. and on top of that they have great customer service. i had found the cutest playset there but they didnt have any left in my size so they called their Petaluma location for me and they had one there so i payed for it and they picked it up for me and i got it by the next day! This store is amazing:)

My daughters and I love both locations. The merchandising is so creative and the staff is always friendly. Special thank you to Kayla at the Santa Rosa location today. I was looking for a special gift for a friend and found the perfect piece of jewelry.

First off, let me start by saying that the owners have exceptional customer service skills. They went above and beyond to consider my previous review and have definitely made some great changes to their store!
For starters, where they are in the plaza now is much more fitting and their store is adorable! They have done a wonderful job at adding a LOT more selection to the store with a large range of prices. It is also very apparent that the quality of the clothes has improved and the pieces are very unique! I was so thrilled to find some cute tops and sweaters for fall!
Also, they have done a fabulous job at adding a fun selection of jewelry and accessories — lots of handmade pieces that look to be very quality and one of a kind.
All in all, exciting improvements here and this is definitely a place that girls of Sonoma County have been waiting for!

Visiting the area this weekend with family for Vineman… I rushed in here on Saturday evening around 5:30 in a frantic attempt to find a dress for a dinner I was already late to due to having too good of a time at Russian River Brewing just down the street.
The sweet girl working was so helpful and gracious — I wish I got her name to give her a proper shout out! She even quickly steamed the dress I bought to get the few little wrinkles out for me. So nice!
Cute store with a great selection and helpful employees. Loved it!

This is where I always start my shopping when I need an outfit or a starter piece for any event. Anyone working is really helpful if you not so great with accenting outfits (I’m awful, so I need an aid at all time haha)

This place seems to have down graded since the move across from Starbucks. Used to be one of favorite store if not my favorite in Santa Rosa but now not so much. The new location is sooo small and with a cluttered layout makes it a bit of an uncomfortable shopping experience. Also the verity of product is lacking. Fashion trends for 2015 isn’t just about 50 shades of beige, lace and crochet. When I step in to the store it feels they are only catering to one and only one fashion trend (60’s/70’s hipster) I mean c’mon they are going as far as to sell rocks and dream catchers. I’d love to shop here again but until there buyers start buying like they used to with variety I don’t really see myself shopping here! I do have to say though the customer service is excellent! I hope to someday revise this review.

What a find! It’s great when you can run across a totally unique store right in the middle of the mall. Whoever is working there is always willing to help anyway they can. Beautiful clothes, jewelry, and items for the home. Plus, many of the items sold are made in the USA. My three daughters, aged 15 through 26, and I, just love this store!

I absolutely LOVE this place! Maybe I love it too much… Let’s just say Im a regular! I love most everything they have & the staff is so friendly & helpful. This has been the greatest addition to the Santa Rosa Plaza! Keep up the good work ladies!

Ooh La Loft is my absolute favorite clothing store — Anywhere, let alone in Santa Rosa!
These girls have done such a fabulous job of adding style and class to the absolutely awful selection of clothing at the Santa Rosa Plaza! They are always going on buying trips and bringing tons of new clothes in every few days, which really helps fuel my Ooh La Loft addiction. Everytime I walk in the store I am greeted with a smile which is more than can be said for just about every store in the mall. The girls are always eager to help me piece together a really fantastic outfit and I love that they are so on top of social media posting.
My boyfriend and his mom know this place is my fave and always get me gift cards, which is a great benefit as well. Last time my boyfriend was in there, the girl working helped him pick a birthday present out for me that was exactly my style. I also love the purchase $ 200, get $ 20 credit to your account. Such an awesome way to show love to your customers!
Great to see a local boutique have reasonable prices for quality clothes, keep doing what you’re doing ladies! My closet would not be complete without you!

I’ve never had such an amazingly PERSONAL customer service experience. I was visiting Santa Rosa from LA, and fell in love with a jacket. I decided not to buy it, but couldn’t stop thinking about it! The friend I was visiting told the owner my story, she found me ON FACEBOOK, took my order over the phone, and shipped it to me!!! I had a lovely experience, and now I have a jacket that I LOVE! Amazing all the way around :)

Ooh la lofts new location in the mall is cute and has an fun style to it. The staff is very outgoing and welcoming. You can tell they spend the time to select unique and quality pieces for their store, if you need help in picking an outfit they are great at helping you out with styling. One of my first purchases at the santa rosa store was a cute but simple shirt and its one of the most comfortable shirts I’ve ever bought, its hard to stay out of it. If you prefer quality over quantity its definitely the place to go, not to mention your helping a local business in our community.

The girl who thinks this is overpriced must love Forever 21 quality clothes… at boutiques you get what you pay for (which lasts a heck of a lot longer!), and that includes the incredible customer service these girls give you.
Basically, they give a sh! t about you when you’re at a store. Show of hands if you have felt that way in Forever 21? Yeah, didn’t think so…
That said, Ooh La Loft has to be the hit place in Santa Rosa. I love that they have a little section of used clothing mixed with new clothes. This place is perfect for my mom and I to shop, and we both can find something age appropriate! The Plaza is lucky to have these talented ladies.
And come on, aren’t you sick of seeing all of Santa Rosa wearing crappy clothes anyway? Shop here, you won’t want to go anywhere else.

Came across this amazing boutique as I was walking through the mall and it instantly caught my eye. The clothing options were fabulous, prices totally reasonable and the girl who was working was absolutely amazing, very helpful! I can’t wait to check out the petaluma store. Love this store!

OMG!!! I went into Ooh La Loft’s new location in the Santa Rosa Plaza and I almost died!!! It is amazing! everything in the store is for sale (décor, clothes, accessories) and it is locally owned by twin sisters. Their prices are very affordable for such amazing items! You have to go in and check it out!!! It is across from Gap downstairs! I am so happy such an amazing boutique has come to our mall!!! :) 5 star
