This place is wonderful and my new go-to breakfast spot. The prices are extremely fair and the items are high quality. I ordered a very berry bran muffin(no sugar and no cholesterol), which was extremely filling with enough fiber to keep you full for a while. The coffee Muffin Street serves is organic, and I recommend the Roaster’s Reserve. The breakfast sandwiches look fantastic, and there are low-carb variations available. Great place for a quick, tasty, and healthy breakfast. Nice parking availability too, as opposed to cafes/bakeries in the downtown area.

Great muffins, but nothing beats their sandwhiches! Both breakfast and lunch sandwhiches are delicious. I’ve yet to have anything mediocre from here.

Well, it’s not bad, not bad at all. Prices are fair and they offer good quality. Sandwiches are actually tasty. They offer a very decent breakfast burrito too. Pastries are really good too. They also have ice cream, and serve breakfast all day! I say I’m a fan.

Stopped in for a dozen muffins to break up the Friday morning office donut routine. Friendly greeting and service from the two staff members and kudos from co-workers on the tasty muffins. Nothing extraordinary but no complaints.

Well, this place is quite the mixed bag. Great location, crappy hours, and all of the food and goodies are delicious. Best sticky buns I have ever had in my life!(Sorry, grandma!) However, I might suggest you all go across the street to Starbucks and learn how to make a latte. Also, the last two chai I ordered had what I can only describe as about a quarter inch of sediment in the bottom of the cup. Now, here’s the real issue: The service is absolutely abysmal! The lovely woman with long, dark hair worn in a ponytail, who is usually behind the counter, is absolutely dreadful, and I feel like an imposition to her life every time I see her. The vibe I get off her is that she is forced at gunpoint to go to work every day. If that is the case, I am truly sorry. No one deserves to live like that, please get some help. I am really not sure what to think. The delicious baked goods keep me coming back, but most often, I just can’t stand the attitude.

It’s really too bad that the customer service sucks because the muffins are very delicious. Every time I come here I have to wait at least 15 minutes before getting greeted or getting any service. And that is with only one person in line ahead of me and no customers waiting. Many times I have come in to find at least five employees working yet only one person helping customers. I have had to walk out several times because no one acknowledged I was there or bothered to ask me if I need anything.

Yum! This was a great random find on our way to wine tasting. I had the California breakfast sandwich. It has avocado and tomato. The cheese bread they serve it on is really, really good! The egg was fluffy, just the way M likes it. He had the sandwich with the Canadian bacon. He also really enjoyed his. My future in-laws both had a muffin and both really enjoyed theirs. They were fresh out of the oven and still piping hot. They have a great variety. I definitely would come back again. Service was extremely friendly.

I tried their southwest breakfast sandwich. It was tasty! Their coffee was fresh and had a unique flavor. It’s a nice alternative to fast food for breakfast. I got my food to go so I didn’t have a chance to hang out there, but it’s a spot where you can read or study or just relax. I will be back to try some other breakfast dishes, salads and sandwiches!

Ignore Mason M. anyone who is familiar with this place knows that the owner does not have an unfriendly bone in her. The staff is very nice and always attentive. They do not talk in the back and leave you waiting at the register. There is always someone in the front. The food is also amazing! I love the poppy seed muffin! And the breakfast burritos are so yummy! The salsa is homemade as well and very good! The cheese bread breakfast sandwiches are AMAZING!!! I love this café/bakery. They are always inventing something new! And their specials are always delicious! They even have Thai iced tea! Which is freshly brewed there! Anyway. I love muffin street.

Yummy blueberry muffins and smoothies. And OHMYGOODNESSTHEBAGELS. I go there every day for my plain bagel and cream cheese slightly toasted. Seriously the BEST bagels I have ever had in my life. Wonderful people and wonderful food. I will always love the bagels. They also have great apple juice.

I’ve tried to go here many times because it’s so close to my home but I have finally given up on this place. Every time I am in Muffin Street the owner is very unfriendly; the staff has a lack of concern for customers. I have been stuck waiting at the register while the employees and/or owner chat in the back. Expect slow service; don’t go in for a quick coffee and muffin and expect service in a timely manner.

I’ve been going there since they opened in 1992 on Stonypoint. My son, now 24, and I would walk the creek then stop at Muffin Street for their yummy muffins, sometimes joined by my daughter, 5 years his senior. Ditto on the non-cupcake like quality. I feel like I’m really eating something home made. Our faves – double chocolate with nuts and lemon poppy seed. A big YUM for Muffin Street!

I’ve been going to Muffin St. for a while now and I’ve always had a great experience there. The staff are always friendly and willing to accommodate any drink requests. I’ve tried quite a few of their muffins and my favorites are definitely Blueberry and Lemon Poppyseed. Fresh squeezed OJ is delicious! Overall I think Muffin St is a great place to go for breakfast and they also have lunch options, sandwiches, salad and soup. I’ll definitely be going back!

I love the variety of muffins and the quality of the ingredients. I consider this spot to be a great place to meet a friend for a quick chat as they do not offer extensive menu items hence the name muffin street. stick to the muffins and get your coffee elsewhere.

While the baked goods look delish, this is not the place to be when gluten free. It is hard for me to write a positive review since they don’t offer ANYTHING gluten free. So my review is biased– not the place for a gluten free gal like me. Period. Muffins looked amazing, the chai was good and slightly spicy. Not worth a return trip for me though…

I had a coffee and a blueberry muffin from here, and it was delicious. The muffins are large enough to share with my son, who also enjoyed it. The store is very clean and neat. Parking is easy in a private lot. The service was a bit slow, but I’m sure it was because the workers engage with their customers and their needs; so, I guess it’s not too bad– unless you’re on your way to work. But all in all it was a good experience. :-D

I don’t come here for the muffins — carbs are so ten years ago. Plus, muffins? WTF. It’s basically an excuse to eat cake for breakfast and not feel bad about it. MUFFINSARENOTFOOD. They are dessert. But FIVESTARS for the breakfast sandwiches. You need protein to start your day, and these breakfast sandwiches are a bomb of protein, delicious bread, luxurious cheese, and vegetables. The«garden» breakfast sandwich is BOMB. Other things I like: 1) free wifi 2) comfortable, cozy, if outdated atmosphere 3) a good, strong latte 4) friendly staff 5) close to Annadel State Park Things I don’t like but that don’t detract from the five star garden breakfast sandwich: 1) only one outlet. I just love it when I come here with my laptop and there’s five retired ladies huddled around the one couch that has an outlet. *eye roll* 2) bathrooms are upstairs — annoying I would try some of the other breakfast sandwiches, or the burrito, but the garden is so good, and relatively healthy(I use the word relatively in a greatly relative way), that I haven’t yet in dozens and dozens of visits. COME!

A truly great classy little joint. Everything is quality, and I have yet to find something I didn’t like. Their hand carved turkey is mouth watering, and their fresh squeezed orange juice is the sweetest in town. As for the muffins… Wow they are incredible. Especially the cranberry orange. Overall, it’s got quite a range of options. From: muffins to scones, to bagels and cookies. Breakfast sandwiches to deli sandwiches. They have salad, coffee, gelato, smoothies. You name it and they’ve got it!

Both the muffins and breakfast sandwiches are delicious! Prices are reasonable. Get there early for the best selection, as later in the morning it gets pretty limited.

Admittedly I’m not much of a muffin fan to begin with, but on 3 trips now the muffins have been«alright» at best. Blueberry and strawberry-cheesecake were just«alright», a little artificial tasting. Bran raisin was burnt and gross. They also have breakfast burritos and sandwiches at $ 4/$ 5 but its those pre-made jobs with the fluffy microwaved eggs … I’d rather a $ 1 sausage McMuffin next door. The main appeal is that they serve pretty good Taylor Maid coffee(though the in-house cup handles are way too small for Man Hands, you’ll burn your fingers if you don’t give it a solid 5 or 10 minutes to cool) and that it’s a really nice place to sit, very cool temp. on the hot days, nice colorful watercolor artwork all over the walls, no music, just the sound of one of those relaxing waterfall thingies in the back somewhere. Pillows and comfy seats everywhere, read the paper or have a quiet chat with a friend. Very soothing. There’s a handful of outdoor tables in the shade too, though the view of a parking lot and Hwy 12 beyond isn’t the most inspiring.
