Centa has really helped me with flexibility issues. She really knows what she is doing and she takes the time to really get to know you and your particular needs. She tailored a program especially for me, rather then just a generic approach. I’m a fan!

I love working Centa. After each session I feel stronger and taller. She has helped with my frozen shoulder and explains what each movement and position is doing to work towards strengthening my body. I love the one-to-one appointments and using all the different equipment. Her new studio is spacious and peaceful. I highly recommend it!

Centa took her time with me and really got to know me prior to our workout session. She asked questions and took into account my answers when creating my workout. She tailors the workout to your fitness abilities. I enjoyed working with Centa and using her pilates equipment. I found myself having fun while exercising and couldn’t believe how fast our sessions when by. I can tell that she really cares about people. I even had the chance to see her working with another client other than myself. I can see how much she loves her job and that is super important. She even taught me a simple breathing technique that I now use in my everyday activities! I highly recommend her!
