I’ve visited this restaurant twice in the many years I’ve worked near it. The service has always been spectacular. It’s the pizza that’s the problem. It’s a little high priced for what you get. Trip one: I got two large pizzas. Both were extremely greasy and I blotted with paper towels. A year later I thought I would give them another shot. Great service, with a pizza that is cooked great on one half and chewy and cold on the other :(oh well.

I don’t know where these people usually get their pizza, if they think Mountain Mike’s is expensive! Mountain Mike’s is my favorite cheap pizza! The chicken luau is the only bbq pizza I’ve tried, that I liked… And I like it a lot! They have good creamy garlic sauce, and the little pepperoni is the best. Oh, and did I mention it’s CHEAP?

I decided to try after getting a groupon deal. I have to say that even with the discount it wasn’t worth it. Its not bad pizza, but for the price with the deal was a rip off. No way I would pay full or price or the deal price. Lower prices I would give another try. Way more places for that price I would choose instead.

The pizza was good but the service was not. . The outdoor dining area was gross and super dirty. It had dead plants and weeds in every giant pot, as well as other grossness. LOTSOFCIGARETTEBUTTS in outdoor dining patio. This goes for the front entrance as well. The manager at this store should clean it up and keep it that way. This is an eating establishment. I probably won’t be back.

Very disappointed in MMP. Ordered a pizza online for the Santa Rosa Ave location to deliver. Large double pepperoni was almost $ 40 with delivery. They said 45 min. for delivery. We waited 1 hour and called. They told us delivery person knocked on the door and no one answered. This was a lie. One of us was on the balcony watching for them and someone was in the living room with our dog who would have gone into a barking fit if there was a knock on the door. To top off the lie our order was cancelled and we never even got a call. The person gave us 25% off if we wanted to reorder it and wait another hour for it to be delivered. We said no but they said it will be good for the next time we order.

I’ve been for the lunch buffet before, and while it’s competitive, this review is not about the lunch buffet. This review about the pizza I ordered for dinner the other night and what an awful experience it was. An experience that just keeps giving. We ordered from here because our favorite, NY Pie(which is blocks from our house), is closed a few weeks for renovation(they’re expanding, woohoo!). I called up Mountain Mike’s and asked how big an XL pizza was. It was 20″, and since I knew I was only feeding 3 people, I could have sworn I told them I wanted the Large instead. Makes sense, right? My sister went to pick up the pizza on my behalf, and not only was she given an XL pizza, we were charged almost $ 42 for this pizza. I called the store after my sister let me know about the price, and they confirmed unapologetically that yes, a four-topping XL pizza was around $ 42. I’m not sure I can find an more expensive pizza ANYWHERE in this area. I would not have ordered the pizza if they had told me over the phone, when I ordered, how much it would cost. To add insult to injury, the pizza was truly *awful.* The crust wasn’t cooked through and the sauce was chalky. I’ve never had worse pizza in Sonoma County. And because it was an XL, I’ve been left with a bunch of really underwhelming leftovers that my wallet is still seething about. Be very very scrupulous when ordering from this location.

Biggest morons ever!!! I ordered a pizza online, and paid for it and included a tip. After two hours Of waiting for my pizza I call and they said they delivered it.(Apparently to the wrong address). They agreed to send another one, one hour later still no pizza! I call again and they again delivered it to the wrong address!!! They’re supposed to check id upon delivery to make sure they deliver the pizza to the right person, since the pizza has been paid for online. They obviously aren’t doing their job. How stupid can you be to deliver the pizza to the wrong address not once but twice!?! They’re a joke. I will NEVER order from them again!!! They have horrible customer service !! they did however offer to deliver the pizza the 3rd time free of charge but 4 hours later. Like really? No thanks! They probably will spit in my pizza! Now I have to wait 2 days for my refund

The pizza is good but the customer service is HORRIBLE. It’s like they are purposely trying to make you not want to purchase from them anymore. Last time I called to order the lady who answered the phone was rude & told me that they didn’t have coupons anymore… Ok then why do I have one? Today I decided to call in again and the guy who picked up the phone told me that they no longer had any coupons, when I recently just got one in my email. He told me in order for the coupon to work I must show it to the delivery guy(the delivery guy never asks for it). Why must they try making everything to difficult??? If I know about the deal I must have the coupon. The delivery guy was very nice but some of the workers need to be nicer. Long story short this will be my last time ordering from them. Attached I will have some coupons everyone can use. Happy holidays!

Definitely not impressed and probably won’t be back. The pizza was just alright, the service was just okay, and the boneless chicken wings look and taste like they were cooked in a microwave. Not to mention we found a freaking rubber band in our pizza and that really bummed out my smoking hot girlfriend.

My daughter lives their cheesy bread. They always have it ready sooner than I expect and the cashiers are always friendly and welcoming.

Okay, this review is for their lunch buffet. For $ 7.99 they offer a wonderful salad bar with hard boiled eggs, mushrooms, cheese, and most everything you could want on a salad. They also have about 8 – 10 delicious pizzas to choose from. My favorite is the barbeque one with the bacon and pineapple. The girl at the counter even offered to make any pizza I wanted — she wanted to make sure I got the pizza I liked. What service! This is the BEST place to go when you’re craving pizza and salad. For $ 8, I plan on going to this place at least once or twice a week. Great lunch deal!

Pizza and salad were awesome. Used the online ordering tool and had it delivered to my hotel room in Santa Rosa. Suggestion: bring your own fork and napkins because they’re not included with the delivery. Eating salad without a fork is tricky.

Was in the area, so I decided to try this place. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they have a buffet menu, so I gave that a shot. For $ 8.65 and all you can eat, it seemed like a good deal. They had several types to choose from, so I tried a few. My favorite had bacon, chicken, onions, and barbeque sauce… I think. The pizza didn’t seem as fresh as I would have liked, even right after the put it under the heating lamps, but it was good overall. I also had a salad that includes all the toppings you want.

Great pizza with very fresh and flavorful ingredients. My favorites are the robbers roost and chicken club. Loved the buffet but they recently changed it to only on the weekends. The delivery guy is very kind and courteous, he always asks you about your day and such. Delivery prices are very cheap compared to other places I’ve ordered from. The bathrooms could be cleaner.

The pizza is hit and miss. Lately, more of a miss. We probably wont be eating there again. Are stomachs just don’t agree with it anymore.

It’s clear the employees hate what they do here. I’m not sure that the counter girl has ever smiled in her life. I was slightly late to the lunch buffet but really didn’t want too much to eat. Just a little slice. When I asked she said no then threw out all of the pizza in front of me. Whatever. At least they have beer and a salad bar. Only good thing about this place.

8 $ Wednesday night salad and pizza buffet? Can’t go wrong with that! However the beer selection was not my favorite, but for what we paid for everything, I can’t complain too much. It was fairly dead when we arrived so we started with salads while we waited for them to fire the pizzas. Slowly but surely a huge assortment of pizzas(with tiny slices, great for sampling them all!) came out. My favorites were definitely the hawaiian bbq and the cinnamon dessert pizza. Don’t know how the prices match with their pizzas on a normal night, but doing the buffet thing was such a good value for my money.

Let’s give credit where credit is due: I’m a little surprised to see all the negative responses, but maybe that was«then» and this was now? I ordered two Large Specialty Pizzas for a small family gathering of 8 people. ***Before I go any further, TIP: sign up for their newsletter, you instantly get access to their coupons so any large specialty pizza is only $ 18 instead of $ 23!!***** We got the Everest and the Snowy Alps. The Everest has huge slices of pepperoni, chunks of italian sausage, linguica(great surprise!) and the usual beef, mushrooms, black olives, bell peppers and onion. We also got a «white» pizza as some of my family is allergic to too much tomato(the red sauce). The Snowy Alps has this delicious creamy garlic white sauce(HUGEHIT) with pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, sausage, green onions and diced tomatoes. This was a HUGE hit at the gathering. I’ve had Mountain Mikes in Alameda and Vallejo before and I absolutely love the crust and the amount of toppings you get. Sure, you’ll get a better deal at Costco, but did you get a better«value»? Unfortunately, I’m not in college anymore and the Dominoes/Little Caesars’ pizzas just don’t cut it for me any more. I’ve seen a few people complain about the price: same price as Papa Johns, or any other pizza place in the same category. Again, let’s compare Apples to Apples and leave the Pizza Huts/Dominoes/Little Caesar’s out of the equation!
