I have a 4 foot long vessel trough sink that had a very large piece broken off on the front corner. I couldn’t imagine that it could be fixed but Dennis came out and did the work and it’s absolutely amazing! Looks brand new, completely flawless. Price was great and Dennis is such a nice guy. I highly recommend this great company!

Just had 2 fiberglass shower stalls from the late 1970s refinished by this company (the Santa Rosa branch).
They look amazing!
Benjamin (mentioned in a couple of other reviews) did the work and he was professional, competent, and very, very nice. I was very comfortable having him in my house (and he was even friendly to my doggies).
The person I dealt with on the phone was also thorough, friendly, and efficient. There were no «surprises» or hidden costs, and her explanations were very helpful and accurate.
The price was very reasonable for the work done. Nothing more to add except if I need this sort of work done in another house, I will call these guys first! Thanks for a great experience.

What could have been a one or two star experience became a five star’s. Let me explain: Although super nice and punctual, the guy who came to do the job didn’t really know what he was doing; as a result, the finish was grainy, and, after a week, there was some chipping. Ouch! Then, came the owner Dennis. After inspection, he said he would come back and fixed the problem. It took him two half days to completely refinish the tub… with a smile.
Nothing else to add. Thumbs up!

These guys are awesome. I had a very ugly, old, dirty, yellow bathtub and really wanted to switch it out for a clean new white one. But our tub was long, deep, and cast iron. It would have been thousands of dollars to replace. Instead we had Miracle Method come out and refinish the tub. We now have a beautiful, clean, white, cast iron, gigantic bathtub for hundreds of dollars instead of thousands. Very awesome! Highly recommend.

Had a small chip in my enameled steel tub and concerns about the grout around the tub. Had great experience with this company. All are professional and friendly. Benjamin did the work on my tub. He was on time, fast, efficient, friendly — and most of all did a great job! Results were exactly as I expected, if not a little more. Price is very reasonable.

We have used Miracle Method several times over the years with great success. Last summer we had a tub enclosure refinished in a rental we own. There were a couple of issues we wanted the repairman to address. Well he returned today and turned out to be a complete jerk. He was smirking and making smart ass comments that were disrespectful to my wife and me about the things we were concerned with. When I suggested that his attitude was inappropriate he got worse. So much for customer service. I invited him to leave and never come back. I would strongly urge you to use another vendor.
