Milestone Events Group does the events management for the property we got married at in August — Trentadue Winery. They are super easy to work with — accommodating, responsive, and professional. Krista Polizo is the main contact for Trentadue and she is amazing! A wedding planner is not needed for a wedding at Trentadue — especially if you use the coordinator package from Milestone(which you should, it’s cheaper than most coordinator costs and Krista will make your wedding perfect!). Also, try to stick with the recommended vendors for each property as they have a good relationship with Milestones and know how to make the venue look it’s best.

My husband and I got married at Trentadue Winery in October. We worked mainly with Krista and Kelly from Milestone Events Group. Our experience was wonderful. Everyone was very helpful in the planning and execution of our wedding. Krista was great in communicating with us and our vendors every step of the way. She also had many great suggestions with the timeline and flow of the wedding. The day of ran very smoothly and I heard nothing but praise about our wedding from guests. I’m glad we chose the day of coordination package with Milestone.

We worked with Krista for our wedding at Trentadue Winery and she is great! When we booked our wedding at Trentadue there was someone else working in Krista’s position, so when Krista took over we were a little bit nervous, but she turned out to be awesome. We had a wonderful wedding and Krista was really helpful with everything about the organizing and planning for our big day. She made the afternoon/evening run very smoothly and we never had to worry about anything at our wedding. Krista is detail oriented, thoughtful, calm, responsive and kind. We would highly recommend working with Krista at Milestone! We know understand why having an awesome wedding planner is KEY to having a successful and relaxed wedding :)

Our non-profit held our annual Gala fund raising event here November 1st2015. We had over 100 people in the event center and on the lawn. The site is spectacular, and the event staff and organizers could not have done a better job. The site was perfectly prepared when we arrived and staff made sure the kitchen was clean, well stocked with ice, etc. It could not have gone better and we look forward to next year here.

The team at Milestone is ABSOLUTELY amazing! We got married at Robert Young Estate Winery and the Milestone team was there every step of the way to help prepare for our big day. They consistently went above and beyond their call of duty as a coordinator, helping us plan and execute on our dream wedding for more than 9 months before the big day. Kelly especially was absolutely fantastic and our wedding would not have happened without her. She helped make every single dream come true and helped to think about everything that we had not already thought of. She was very attentive to our needs, followed up on things that needed to get done, was always excited to see us and talk to us, and was patient when we were indecisive or unresponsive. I’ll say it again — without Kelly and the Milestone team, our wedding would not have happened — or at least would not have been nearly as smooth and perfect as we had imagined. If I coud do it over, I would absolutely call Kelly again to help. I would highly recommend the Milestone team again and again!!!

Worked with Milestone for a corporate party for 500+ people, our party was located at Trentadue Winery in Geyserville, CA. Everyone at Milestone, especially Krista were absolutely amazing to work with. So thorough and fun to work with. Very professional group with beautiful properties. This is my fourth corporate party I have organized and everyone gave glowing reviews of the property, the caterer, the staff. If I could give Milestone 10 stars I would.

I can tell you from direct, firsthand experience that these folks are top notch, and really know their industry. Milestone is a crack team of events experts who help you through the entire lifecycle of your event from early planning to day of coordination. They run their business very professionally and are a much better choice than most of what’s out there for wedding and corporate events, both in terms of venue selections as well as managing the event itself. I only wish I had learned about them sooner so that my wife and I could have avoided a fiasco with another terrible company over in Napa who shall remain nameless.

We got married at Trentadue Winery this August and The gal who was handling our wedding, Jessica, quit half way through and the transition was less than desirable. I also assume since she was looking for new jobs she did not put a lot of effort into our wedding because she always seem agitated with my questions and was quite the opposite of other reviews of her. Because I had a day of coordinator/wedding planner I guess it was assumed they didn’t have to do much of anything. Needless to say there was some rushing around the last two weeks before our wedding as things had not been sorted out as my gal was supposed to be a day of not a whole wedding planner. Needless to say she had to step in and do more than I originally planned and I had to chase down my new contact for over a week straight to get answers on my decorations being hung up and in general they can be slow at responding. In meetings they make you feel like yes everything is under control but then when left with takeaways it was a bit like pulling teeth to get answers and updates. I ended up calling and making many changes to the rentals myself except the last week, which was supposed to go through them. They did not make changes immediately and I suspect certain items sold out because there was a lag. Although this cannot be proven and ended up not being a huge deal. If my wedding planner Keri had not been there I fear as to how I would have put it all together. All of the venues they manage are gorgeous though and I wouldn’t not pick one of them just because of milestone. But word of advice if you have a wedding planner expect the wedding planner to do all of the work with little help from milestone or don’t tell milestone you have a planner. They were very prompt at returning our deposit. Which was nice.

we had the most incredible wedding here… what helped make it so incredible is jessica harrington the event planner. a wedding a trentadue in my opinion is the best choice you can make! the venue is so dynamic, has so many beautiful settings, and is truly romantic. all of our guests said they felt like it was a wedding from a magazine because of the gorgeous venue. highly, highly recommend!

Our daughter was married at Trentadue Winery the last weekend of March 2015. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome of the event. The wedding was guided by our wedding coordinator, Jessica Harrington, affiliated with Milestone Event Group, who oversaw and executed all our plans perfectly throughout the evening.
