I originally found this dance school because I was looking for a Tap and Ballet class for my 6 year old daughter. Ms Melissa is such a joy to watch teaching the girls. She keeps them moving and having so much fun! Then I personally started taking their adult Ballet classes after a decade away from dance. It has been so wonderful. All my aches and pains are gone from all the stretching and hard work. Both Susan and Mary are energetic and intelligent teachers. Proper technique is emphasized, musical choices are lovely and the bigger studio we dance in is just great. I am so happy I found this dance studio.

Susan is awesome. She’s been teaching dance in Santa Rosa for over 30 years and has trained many young dancers. She has a master’s degree in dance and is great with kids. She focuses on proper training and technique. The school has a welcoming environment where kids can enjoy learning ballet. If you are looking for a dance school with a non-competitive environment that fosters creativity then check out the Susan Lopez School of Ballet.

I have been sending both my daughters to Susan Lopez School of Ballet for the past 2 years now. They love it, which makes it worth it for me. Miss Marilyn is wonderful with the little girls; patient and encouraging. I would recommend this dance studio to anyone!
