My negative experience turned into a positive experience with Leete Generators thanks to owner, Liesl Ramsey who read the Unilocal review and contacted me to get more details so she could resolve the problem. Within a matter of days she arranged for their top technician to look at the generator on my RV. What a difference! Michael there is very smart and customer service oriented. He identified the problem within the first few minutes and gave me a couple options for fixing it. Then he apologized for the inconvenience of having to bring it back in because the other tech was unable to identify the problem. This is great customer service!
Liesl is the kind of owner who cares about the integrity of her business and customer satisfaction. I can now highly recommend Leete Generators to all my RVing friends.
