I went in a couple of days ago to get extensions for my senior pictures and left very satisfied. She helped me choose the right length of the hair as well as the Color. They are really easy to put on as well. She even layered the hair to make the extensions much more natural and made my hair blend in with the extensions really well.

Eun helped me and she was absolutely amazing! I tried on several wigs and ended up purchasing two of them. She was kind enough to trim both of them down for me and show me how to properly put them on with a wig cap as I had never worn one before. I will definitely be back here in the future :)

I just lost my hair from chemo. I came to this shop for one reason only — to purchase a wig. This is a process that takes time, as there are a lot of factors to consider, such as length, color, style, and how they all come together –or not– once you try the wig on. This shop had an extensive inventory, and I was looking forward to trying on a few wigs that caught my eye. But the woman who was working there informed me, in no uncertain terms, that the store policy was $ 5 to try on one wig, or $ 10 to try on three. Then she proceeded to rant about how people just come in there to play and want to try on everything, especially at this time of year. So with my 97 pound frame and my bald head, did you think I was there only to frivolously play with your merchandise? REALLY? Despite my telling you that I was a cancer patient and was definitely not there to «play,» you refused to budge one iota off your ridiculous store policy. I was simply stunned speechless. Can you imagine clothing shops implementing that type of «no pay no try» policy? You obviously have no compassion, and no clue how to function in grey areas. Because of the lack of humanity in your soul, you lost my business, my goodwill, and my money. Instead I went to the wig shop on Old Redwood Highway, where the owners and the service were top-notch. When I told the gentleman what I’d just experienced in your shop, he just laughed and said«yeah, they’re responsible for a lot of our business!»
