Kimberly and James have helped me out immensely as a real estate agent. They have a wealth of knowledge for all aspects of real estate. I would say they are top in the country as far as listing and assisting buyers. They have a great attention to detail and assisting their clients to get exactly what they want and deserve.

Buying your first home can be very intimidating and scary! However, we are so blessed that Kimberly and James helped us through the process. They are incredibly reliable, honest and caring. They were there for us through out the entire process, answering our calls, emails and text messages at all times (within 30 minutes or less even during the weekends and late evenings!). They are the definition of going «above and beyond». Things can get tense near close of escrow, but Kimberly was always on top of all details to get the deal done on time. I seriously can’t think of ever working with anybody else for our real estate needs. I highly recommend them!

When we began a search for a house last Spring, the agent we began with was completely unsatisfactory to the point I felt like tearing my hair and his out. We cut him loose and began a hunt simply on line. I began to notice that Kimberly appeared as seller in successfully completed transactions; so we contacted her, and she responded within 4 hours!!! We set up an appointment for the next day, and Kimberly came with her partner, James, and showed us 2 houses, pointing out problems with each one. This insider knowledge impressed us. and helped us in our search. I was going through chemotherapy, so their knowledge of Santa Rosa and the surrounding area really helped me avoid unnecessary trips up north. When we found the perfect house in the perfect area, they were awesome in helping us put together an offer and negotiating with the owners over a few repair issues quickly and got us the issues dealt with to our satisfaction. Upone closing, they drive south to our current dwelling to deliver keys and a lovely card. Additionally, James is going to help us move next week, complete with moving van! You can’t get any more helpful than that! Even relatives have found excuses not to help us move, but James and Kimberly stepped up. I can’t recommend these partners enough if you are looking for a home in the Santa Rosa/​Northern Marin County area. These young people are professional, energetic, generous and knowledgable. You simply cannot find better realtors.
