Massage Therapy is one of my absolute favorite ways to nurture myself. I believe that massage is an essential part of regular health care and wellness. For me, human touch is much more than just a luxury, it is food for your soul.
Finding a skilled, well trained, experienced, talented, and gifted Certified Massage Therapist [CMT] is not as easy as you may think. There are hundreds of CMTs offering massage throughout the SF Bay Area. But, just like any practitioner of medical services, body work, or art, it is important to find one that is suitable for your needs and who is the right person for you on all levels.
I am thankful to have found a great CMT in Jessica Murphy. She graduated from the same massage college that I attended. She is local and works very close to my location in a lovely office. And she fits my very high standards in that she is a talented, sensitive, and a kind body worker with high professionalism.
It is also remarkable that her rates are so reasonable! $ 50 per one-​hour session is almost too good to be true. Yet that is her current rate. All the more reason for giving her a very good gratuity.

I went to massage school 15 years ago, and have experienced so many different therapists since that time. Jessica is by far my favorite. She offers a unique blend of incredible healing energy and excellent skill. She really focuses on what I ask for, and provides suggestions for ways to heal the areas of pain in my daily life. She can go as deep or as light as I like. I get a monthly massage from her, and can honestly say she improves the quality of my life on every level. She has a gift for this work, and I recommend her highly.

Jessica came highly recommended by a friend. I have been disappointed in the past, and decided to try her out. I was amazed at the care, and time she took to find out what my personal needs were. She knew which parts needed a light touch, and which needed more. She in no «cookie cutter» massage therapist, which is refreshing.

Jessica is the best. She takes time to talk to you before the massage, and ask where you might be hurt, or extremely sore, She is very warm, and caring. She gives and excellent massage, with exactly the pressure you ask for ! I

OMG, Jessica is the best! I’ve gotten many massages over the years but my massages from Jessica are the best by far! I have some muscle and bone issues that she understood immediately and worked around. Too many therapists think they know better than I what my knee and feet can take, Jessica took the time to listen to me, and then revised her usual technique accordingly.
I am one of those «I will NOT fall asleep and miss a moment» kind of clients, but that didn’t work for me here! I fell asleep near the end of my massage but awoke feeling rested and relaxed.
I’ve found my massage therapist for life!
