What a dazzling display of community you showed your neighboring development by blocking us from driving to our homes so you can reseal your property’s drive at a discount. Which your guys informed us of. Then your crew block the only available street parking with their trucks… hilarious! I would provide you a display of a finger if my hands weren’t full of my stuff as I walk to my home.

We have a condo who’s HOA is run through Focus. Jennifer is the point person and rep who we deal with, and I’ve had nothing but exceptional service from her. When I had issues with the painting company the HOA contracted to repaint the units she was on top of it. When we had issues with the tree in front growing its roots into the sewer system they paid for the plumber to come clear the drain AND an arborist to remove the tree. When I needed help with a recommendation for a company to replace the old AC unit on the roof she recommended a fantastic company who I in turn recommended to others – all in all it’s just been a pleasure dealing with her and Focus.
