This is a review strictly on the dealing with Pam Hage. She is the worst at communcation. Pam does not return phone calls or e mails. She was our title officer and she was not even present at our signing, she had someone stand in for her. We closed the end of May and as of today our homeowners insurance has yet to receive payment from title. I can not get Pam to return a phone call to me or my loan officer. In the end come to find out Pam missed an item on our documents and shorted the amount to be held and in the end I am liable for paying the extra amount due today! This is such a headache and now I have to deal with getting reimbursed for this over sight on their end!

These unprofessional people had an issue with my agent. I was caught in the middle and had to wait the last second to receive keys to my house. My agent said they were slow like snails. They even waited for me to fax them a paper,(they forgot to have me sign) before sending my escrow overpayment I had sent them. I will never do business with these people, again!!!

Bad and unprofessional experience from this office.
Repeatedly had to call to find out what was going on and then having to correct information and contract details the agent (Kyle) should know.
Have used this company before but this experience has been the worst ever. At signing the agent was within sight but conveyed information through the notary even though he was sitting 2 desks away. Kyle looked very embarrassed and rightly so.
Even emailed us stating we forgot to sign documents in their office. Incompetence in such a critical area is unacceptable.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE.
