I had the a new lash set done and had no problems. The second set were a bit scratchy at the base of my upper lashes and I took care of them. Due to being allergy season my eyes got irritated as well. I decided to take them out myself because the lashes were coming out quicker due to my eyes acting up. She does a good job. when I texted her about it all she answered back was «ok». I would have like an «I’m sorry about that» but nothing. Didn’t seemed like there was concern at all and I felt like no one cares. Not good customer service

Erika was wonderful and the rumors are true!!! Best lashes in town– hands down. She really took the time to understand just what I wanted and she delivered without a doubt!
Her office is pretty and comfy and the whole experience was relaxing and worth every penny.

First time there was great. Second time she must have been out of it. My lashes were all clumped together and the glue was super chunky and very noticeable. When the lashes started growing out there were large clumps of 3 – 4 lashes trying to grow out and needing space, it was painful. I lost at least 5 giant clumps of 3 – 4 lashes from each eye. She put too long of lashes on ones that already has big lashes on them, the weight would collapse the lash and I constantly had drooping lashes. I just let them all grow out and didn’t go back for a fill. My eyes needed a break after that trauma. I won’t go back here for the world.

THE BOMB!!! My eyelashes are amazing! Love Erica, what a professional did not try to sell me stuff i did not need and did a great job. Never having done this I did not want lashes too long but when she was done I wanted more. She wiggled me in the next day and did not charge me for the extra lashes. She is Very busy so book refills in advance. Very cute place, so much better than the tacky shop off fourth street where people walk right by as you are lying there. They never returned a call for an appointment
I am crossing my fingers I can take care of these puppies and I will be hooked for good. No more mascara!!!

I went in last Friday for extensions. It was my first time and naturally I was a little ansy and a bit worried on the outcome (although I did read great reviews on Erika). She did a great job and was really kind. I was completely comfortable and even dozed off a little during the appointment. She made a point to tell me that she doesn’t really conversate for first timers because she didn’t want my eyes to flutter around but when she wasn’t putting on the extensions, she was easy to conversate with and very welcoming. Erika was professional and very informational. She told me everything I needed to know about caring for my lashes and she made sure I did not leave with any unanswered questions. My lashes look great and I am quite satisfied! s, as my first time I wanted to go semi light but long and she knew exaclty what I meant and did a fabulous job. I am thinking that next I may want to go a little more dramatic. Also, one thing that I must add is as an eyelash artist, you tend to be booked and very busy. I called mid week trying to get an appointment that week, knowing that it was unlikely (but worth a try) I was surprised to hear back from her. She shifted a few things around so she could squeeze me in. I really appreciated that. She is very sweet and does an amazing job. I definitely would reccomend her!

I would be warned before calling, I have called this business several times on the 13^th, the 15^th, and the 16 with no answer and after leaving messages. If they do not care enough to call back or pick up I am very glad I did not buy the Unilocal deal like I wanted to.

Erika is a fabulous artist and is patient and kind. I went it in for my first set of lashes yesterday and she did a great job. I just relaxed and held still and let her work her magic. She is awesome at applying the lashes and my lashes turned out so pretty.

I have been going to Erika for about 5 refills now. I get so many compliments because she has a great sense of what looks good with the shape of my eyes and face, instead of just sticking on too many too-​long lashes (which I see on other people and they look fake). I think she has a special talent for anyone who wants a natural but pretty doe-​eyed look (even my husband, who doesn’t like a lot of makeup said «I can’t deny they are alluring!» and doesn’t care that I spend $ on them). Of course she can do more drama too if that’s your thing and she’ll do it right. They are easily worth the splurge. Looks great, saves time, and mine last 4 weeks!

Erika is fabulous. She knows her way around a lash and is done in a jiffy. My lashes always look great for at least 3 weeks. The location is very cute and clean. I had my lashes done somewhere else before I went to Erika and it took twice as long and weren’t half as good. As soon as I got my lashes done, I have never worn mascara and people always tell me what nice lashes I have.

Just got my first set of lash extensions yesterday. I must say I was excited to try this, but also pretty nervous. I mean, we are talking about your eyes here. I was afraid glue would get in my eyes or that I would be an idiot and open my eyes at the wrong time.
However, not only was I very comfortable the whole time, the experience was actually relaxing. Erika did a great job of being patient with me, but also, she just did a great job. I freaking love my lashes! I can see where these are addicting. They are gorgeous, dramatic but natural looking, and I can’t even tell I am wearing them.
Also, Erika is very complete about giving you lash care instructions to help you get all you can out of your lashes. It’s kind of a pain that you can’t get them wet for 24 hours, but then again, it’s worth it for ~4 weeks of no need for mascara. Maybe I will be on time for work a bit more often. Haha, Thank you, Erika! You will see me again for sure.

I had my lashes done by Erika a couple of years ago, and kept them up for a while. Before getting my first set, I’d never even really heard of eyelash extensions. I was amazed at the results! My eyelashes are already pretty long, but these extensions make them insanely thick and full. It was awesome to never have to wear mascara, and because they are thick you don’t even need any eyeliner either.
The procedure is painless and relaxing. After they’re on, they feel a little tight at first, but you get used to them easily. I got compliments from complete strangers all the time, because they look so natural and yet noticeable.
The first set lasts a couple of weeks, up to three or four, I think? And then when you go back for a «fill,» it’s an easier process because you only need new extensions where the previous lashes have shed. I kept mine going for a long time. After a while I felt like I had to give my lashes a break from them because I tended to pull on them and sometimes it caused me to pull out my own eyelashes. :/​They are perfect, though, if you are someone who needs to save time in the morning, or you have a special event coming up!
I highly recommend getting extensions from Erika! She is professional, friendly, and fun. I would not get eyelashes from anyone else!

I love my eyelashes done by Erika. My own lashes are short and thin. Erika has transformed mine into lovely full and thick lashes. I never have to wear mascara. I love when I wake up in the morning I have eyes! I am very happy and hooked.
