I have never had such an amazing experience at any establishment in my 20 years than the one that I had at this salon. Ashley and Danielle were such fantastic girls and such talented artists. I don’t often trust others with my hair and am super picky, but I could not be more satisfied with my hair. My mom had an equally satisfying experience and is also in love with her hair. I went in with such scatter brain with what I wanted for my hair and the girls helped me figure out exactly what would work for me and knew what I wanted more than I myself did! These ladies treated my mom and I like we were long time friends and at no time did I feel like I was suffering through awkward small talk with any of the girls in the salon. What a comfortable and intimate atmosphere this salon and this group of artists has created. Please, everyone who has lost hope in salons and customer service, check out this salon!!!

Eliana gives the most amazing facials! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She told me what she was doing each step of the way, and she even massaged my hands and feet while the facial mask was working on my face. If you want a great facial see Eliana!

My fav stylist is Danielle she is realy nice and gives great cuts and color. And i would know as a model i have had my hair cut and colored by some of the best in the US.

I have looked for someone who would give me the haircut I wanted for several years now. I’ve tried a lot of stylists and never came away satisfied even when I showed up with pictures of exactly what I like. Finally I found the right person at Exclusive Salon. Her name is Sabrina and I highly reccomend her, not only for her expertise but also for her professional, friendly and very pleasant demeanor. I felt totally comfortable throughout. She did a great job and I am very happy about it. Thank you Sabrina. I will be coming back!

I had been looking for a good stylist in the area and found Danielle on Groupon. Thank god I did because she is the best! She does EXACTLY what I want every time even if I can’t fully describe it for her, she has such talent and sense of style she just knows what will look good. She’s always super accommodating, gets me in and out quickly and will always let me pop in for bang trims. Seriously, if you’re looking for a great stylist with a great personality and tons of skill you must go to Danielle!

Sabrina B at eXclusive is great. I was a Groupon customer and she treated me like an old friend. She was very attentive and listened carefully to my needs. She is super friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of hair care and treatments. I left with a whole new look and I love it. Everything turned out perfectly, even my husband was surprised and pleased by how nice my hair looks. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family alike. Thanks Sabrina! You rock!

I went to get my hair cut by Sabrina for the first time. She did an amazing job. She gave me exactly the cut I wanted just like the photo I showed her. If you’re hesitating because you haven’t been to her before, don’t! She has lots of experience and knows what she’s doing. She asks questions and makes sure you’re getting exactly what you want and makes you comfortable. I will be back for sure. Sweet person and you will walk out feeling pampered.

Danielle at Exclusive Spa did such an amazing job on my hair I felt compelled to submit my first Unilocal!Where do I start with the treatment and satisfaction received by Danielle on my recent visit? Danielle not only did an awesome job on my hair, her talent and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Danielle was super accommodating and got me right in. She took the time to color and cut my hair just as I had asked. I am pleased to have found THE hairstylist I’ve been searching for for years. I have already recommended her to friends and family. Needless to say, I’m anticipating my next hair appointment!

I’ve had my hair done twice by Danielle and I am sorry I gave it another chance. The first haircut was okay because she ended up doing it wet, but the «dry» cut is her thing and, in my opinion, it’s terrible (and this must be a reason why in my 44 years I never had a hairstylist do it — see my photos.) If you are used to a professional haircut, I would think twice. Also, the color the first time was good. The second time, I think she was in a rush and the front part didn’t process long enough and is very brassy. Not a good look:(

I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by the VERY talented Danielle. She knocked it out of the park with color, and cut! She even had to tone it a few times from previous color and when I left it looked so natural, healthy and great! I booked immediately after our appointment and I am happy to say I have a new stylist and a beautiful new salon! !

First of all parking SUCKS! I came in here not too long ago for a tan. It was my first time there… Prices looked great, place looked very spacious which i liked and for the most part it looked well organized. As i walked in i barely got a hello from anyone who worked there. The lady who was kinda helping me out was friendly, but as she was helping me the phone rings, she answers it and kinda leaves me hanging so I’m standing there waiting awkwardly until she hangs up… they need to update their services board at the spa and online because the prices are different and they do not do Henna Tattoos anymore yet its still online and on the board. other than that i did like the place and all be coming back for more tanning sessions and i will try the Red Light Therapy which helps with all kinds of things like anti aging, acne, sun damage etc… UV free as well!

eXclusive Spa just scored the best esthetician Eliana Ochucci! She does waxing, microdermabrasion, facials & permanent makeup. I saw her for years at Ciao Bella, along with many of my friends and two daughters. And now we’ll follow her to eXclusive. The place is spacious in downtown Santa Rosa so lots to do before and after. Eliana is highly skilled, professional and as gets 5 stars from me. Woohoo! As good as it gets!

Sabrina was really sweet and efficient– and best of all she handled my thick unruly hair. It takes some work.
I got a groupon and got lucky to get her– since she she has worked with plenty of my hair type.
My hair looks great, doesn’t weigh me down and feels even better. I think I finally found my go to stylist– after 3 years of hopping around:) very very satisfied

I always go here and see Cassie for my gel manis an Martha for my pedis an they do a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anyone an everyone. I for the first time got a facial an it was wonderful. But they waxed my eyebrows an she messed them up big time. I’m furious. She took off my arch. She literally waxed straight across like it was her first time. My eyebrows are fucked up an I have a concert I’m going to this weekend. I’m pissed. I would recommend the facial because it was amazing. But DO NOT let her wax your brows.

Every time I look at my hair I am reminded how much I hate this salon. If I could give negative stars, I would. Rarely do I write a review like this, but when it comes to my hair, I mean business. I came to Anna (the owner) through a recommendation. I was looking for a hair stylist and make up artist for my wedding. I recently moved to the area so was also interested in having whoever did my hair, be my regular hairstylist. (more business for her) Anna was nice and so were all the others that work there. I had Theresa doing my makeup and she was fantastic. Anna (the owner) was the one to style, dye and cut my hair for my wedding. I came back, I think maybe 3 times for a hair trial and she really just wasn’t understanding what I wanted. The results came out sloppy and unfinished looking. The last time I came in for a hair trial she suggested cutting my bangs. she said it would look better cut with the style I wanted, so I agreed. BIG MISTAKE. She sloppily cut my bangs (dry). The way she had it styled, it actually looked ok for the rest of that day. The next morning after I washed my hair I saw the damage. My bangs were SO crooked. Like, no denying it. I even have pictures. It looked like my 5 year old cut them. This is 2 WEEKS before my wedding! I was mortified. I called the salon (on a Sunday) where a girl named Brittany answered and informed me there was no hairstylist at the salon that day to fix my bangs. I insisted she fit me in Monday to at least even out my terrible bangs. She said she would call Anna (again, THE OWNER) and let her know the situation and try to fit me in her schedule. NO CALL BACK. Nothing. It’s one thing to mess up on a haircut… things happen, but to not fix it? That is just poor etiquette. I called a few days later to cancel my services for my wedding with them and not even so much as an apology. Luckily, I was able to find a FABULOUS hairstylist who did her best to fix my bangs but the way ANNA cut them she made them so far back that I just have to wait for them to grow. I am forever disgusted with this salon and the way they handled things. For Anna, being the owner, it just amazes me how unprofessional she is. And I doubt she will stay in business long if she keeps treating clients this way. Stay away people! I highly suggest NOT coming here, especially for wedding hair! Pay more to get a real stylist. It’s worth it!

I don’t go here for the other services besides tanning, but many of my friends get their hair and nails done here and they always seem to be very happy with the results.
I love the fact that they have unlimited tanning for $ 20 a month! It’s the best deal in Santa Rosa and the beds are always very clean! If you’re looking to get a quick tan before the summer starts this is the place to go!

They have the best manicurist I’ve ever been to. She’s gentile but handles all the cuticles and does amazing gels. They are a little more pricy than most places around $ 25 for a manicure but it’s worth it for the quality you get and it also lasts more than 2 weeks which is a first for me.

Such a good experience. Called, got an appointment for a spray tan the same day. I got in right on time, no waiting! The girls made me feel so comfortable and they were super helpful! My tan looked amazing! Everyone commented on how good it looked! I will definitely be going back— oh and super great prices!!!

I tried this salon out just for tanning. The place is very clean and spacious and the staff are friendly. However the tanning beds aren’t the best quality and took longer then other tanning salons I have been to, to get the color I wanted. Another down fall is the parking situation, its horrible if your planning on coming everyday for tanning, be prepared to pay parking meters every time as its smack dab in the middle of downtown! That enough is causing me not to come back to this salon for tanning purposes.

Owner Anna is one of the most attentive and hospitable business owners I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Besides offering world-​class hair services, eXclusive also offers a plethora of other choices, including tanning, nails, eyebrow threading, massage and esthetician work. All the employees are so accommodating and friendly; definitely the place to stop for any of these services.
