Cupcake

It’s such a treasure to have a boutique like Cupcake in Sonoma County! Every time I have been in, I have experienced great and friendly customer service. I just love all of the adorable clothes, shoes and accessories for littles (and mama’s too!). If you’re looking for fashionable, unique and extra adorable clothes or shoes for your kids… don’t miss Cupcake!

Very nice kids clothes. I bought Jellycat stuffed animals and cute baby outfits. The girls who work there were super helpful. They gift wrapped for free and did a beautiful job. My main complaint would only be that this visit, it was a very cold winter day, and the store had no heat…

My first review (I will include below) was mysteriously removed by Unilocal right after Jenny from the business messaged me on Unilocal… I called the Unilocal customer service… The review was reported.
So here is more pertinent information that meets Unilocal guidelines–
I went into Cupcake within 15 days of purchase, however the tags were not attached due to my toddler ripping it off while trying it on at home. It was brand new. I was completely rejected by the young girl helping me, stating that the receipt policy clearly shows the tags must be attached NO EXCEPTIONS (in bold by the way). I was not offered an exchange or credit, as this was not a gift and she said I already showed her it was a purchase — so she couldn’t exchange it. She has to follow the purchased rule. Sounds like no big deal but apparently to the employee it was.
Original– I am a fan of both locations. However, I am not a fan of their return policy. Read it! It’s amazing for this day and age when people usually are happy to have any retail business walk through the door.
I would really like not to have to keep coming back and updating my review.
