My A/​C went out during a heat wave. I called Crunk’s at 7:30 in the morning. A real person answered the phone and promised a call back. A technician called about an hour later and they had a service tech at our home by 9:30 AM! Problem fixed. Done and Done. It does not get any better than that.

Kevin came out to my house to clean the filter in my heating system. He showed me where the filter was, how to remove + clean it, and then re-​install it so i can do it myself! They have GREAT service and expert knowledge! If you are looking for a heating and air conditioning company this is it! Thank you!

When I moved into my condo I was told my air conditioner didn’t work, and it never did for me. When it became really hot this summer I decided to see if it could be fixed. I had some trouble getting an appointment with Crunk during the busy season. When he eventually came by, he found that was my air conditioner actually worked fine, but my thermostat was faulty. So instead of having my air conditioner fixed, or even worse, have to spend thousand replacing it, he replaced my thermostat and added some freon.
