This location is AWFUL! I have been here three times and every single time I leave upset. Today I went to return an item but «they didn’t have enough cash» to take the return so instead they tell me to go across busy Santa Rosa to other store. If I were you I would take this advice and NEVER come to Cosmo prof on Santa Rosa ave. Stick with Shirley (tho no Eva who was so so wonderful) and Sara over on Cleveland ave they make things work EVERY SINGLE TIME to accommodate customers. The manager did not even look in her drawer once to check cash. Lazy and rude. I have worked for this company so I personally know how easy it is to please customers. Santa Rosa ave Cosmo prof is pathetic.

i came in for the first time not too long ago place is cute has lots of hair stuff not too big on the make up but thats totally fine with me… has great prices and friendly staff :)

This is a wonderful and clean place, I love my opi nail polishes and of course hair color !!! But the best thing is that I am always welcomed. Meghan is so sweet! Funny and is always answering my questions (and trust me it’s a lot). I haven’t been back in a couple of weeks but I hope Meghan is still working there because the other girls are a hit and miss.
